Hotel was easy to find , reception staff very helpful. First appearance as we walked into the hotel was everything looked so clean and inviting. River Rooms Nottingham
Property easy to find/park and get into They sent clear instructions of how to get in Room spacious and clean but the loo did have a mouldy water smell The only other issue was the room was freezing, there were two radiators but no thermostat. Shared kitchen was clean and well stocked
