"The staff were so kind and helpful. Spa amenities were fantastic after a few days of site seeing. We stayed in one evening having dinner and drinks in the bowling alley so much fun. The views are breathtaking. We had a fabulous stay!"

"Room was very spacious and well laid out. Little additions line a retractable cloth line in the bath tub was very useful. Room was cool though it was a boiling 30 degrees outside. Staff were were helpful. You can get tickets to lindt factory on the day even (most times) though it was not available online. Breakfast was good though not a great selection for vegetarians. Would definitely recommend."

"Clean rooms and hotel in general. Very helpful staff and great breakfast in the morning. Very up to date. We had the grand double room which converted the sofa at the end of the bed into a double bed to accommodate 3 people. It worked great but also note it's definitely close quarters. Cool balcony of the room. We loved our stay!"

"The continental breakfast was worst. Hotel did not tag /name all dishes. Hotel have same serving spoon for vegetarian and non vegetarian dishes. Air condition was not cooling. The staff was not bilingual and unable to converse in english."
