"An ideal suite - comfortable beds, well equipped , well located and good facilities. Some things like the bathroom and the fridge weren't modern but everything worked perfectly."

"Had our room changed because first room had nasty stain on carpet. Coffee machine was missing and so was some of the furniture. 2nd room was excellent and of the usual standard we expected from cordis. Max in the desk couldn’t have been more accommodating if he’d tried and remained warm, friendly and extremely helpful in the face of our complaint. All staff were friendly, warm and welcoming.
