"Great museums within walking distance. Manager Peggy runs the place really well - staff were super friendly - particularly Raeesa, Katie and Kwan. Coffee service in the morning, newspapers (WSJ, FT, NYT), valer service, gym were all great! "

"I always like staying at Graduate hotels as they are cozy, thoughtfully designed and have a nice little on-site coffee shop. This one was historic, which gave it more character, and was right in the heart of New Haven. The staff were great but they weren’t always around at the front desk when I needed them. The wifi went out for a bit but they fixed it. The parking situation (at a nearby garage) wasn’t clear but I figured it out."

"I arrived earlier than planned and earlier than check-in time, so understandably my room was not available, but I was asked to come back in an hour or so and it would be - I came back and it was ready and it was prior to check-in time. Very nice. The room was also clean. The lobby smells great and is very clean!"
