"Nice hotel, good location, helpful staff"

"Very clean and modern hotel, staff was courteous and helpful. Free shuttle offered was outstanding and very convenient. Only Suggestion we would have is to offer a free coffee and tea station in lobby each morning. As this hotel was one of 6 we stayed at on our road trip from South Jersey to Maine and Back it was only one to not offer that. But would stay there again for sure"

"My upset is not necessarily. the hotel It is expedia. totally a waste of hours of my life your people were supposed to have my reservation for the july 3rd leaving july 5th I had no reservation for my wife's surgery stay. Had to pay significantly more to resolve. TOTAL NON HELP FROM A HUMAN BEING AT EXPEDIA. TOTAL I AM A PHYSICIAN WITH LITTLE TIME. "Budget roadside NO FRILLS hotel. Decent beds. Hot shower. A/C worked well Located in no man’s land, not much around for food Hotel was comfortable and seemed pretty safe. If you’re looking for a Hilton, this isn’t it. It is however a good bang for the buck place to crash after a long drive."

"Parking was easy but gets full fast. Check-in says at 3pm, my rooms were not ready until approximately 3:45pm. Staff were very careless with trying to get my room ready. Hotel promotes free cribs with stay was also a lie they do not carry cribs for baby! Asked for extra blankets and they will refuse to bring them up to you, you would have to make your way to the lobby to pick it up yourself. No hot water as well. Towels had a horrible smell as well. "

"Room was clean and any issues they addressed it right a way. Parking was great plenty of parking along with a clean indoor pool. The rooms are amazing I would stay here every time visiting New Haven."

"The hotel is pretty maintained and cleaned. The rooms have full size fridges. Bed was super comfortable. My only grip is that they could’ve skimmed the pool and cleaned it more throughout the day knowing there were people there. The Jacuzzi had kids in it. People used the jacuzzi for their FEET only. Just wading their feet in it which didn’t make me want to go in. Staff should be at least checking in regularly to clean."

We were told we don’t allow walk around the house no washer and dryer no kitchen no outside of amenities. nothing they offered was true or given totally misled.
