"Great house and location. Loved being able to walk to black currant bakery and the beach about 15 min. Quite unique to have bathroom for each bedroom. Kitchen amenities are plentiful and nice sitting area for visiting as cooking. Fireplace on screened porch very nice. "

"Spent 4 nights with my son and a few of his friends as a last summer hurrah. The place is very clean (appears new) with a well-stocked kitchen and comfortable beds and linens. Having a washer/dryer was a bonus for a towel load. I wish you could open windows (beyond the master bedroom) the A/C units prevent this. We also had flies which was irritating -not sure where they were getting in. A fly swatter would make a great addition! The communication was seamless and quick. I would highly recommend...

"Our family loves beach week because this house and private beach are amazing!! The house is fully equipped and the beach shed has lots of chairs and toys for everyone to have fun at the beach. "Everything was great with 2 exceptions… (1) the wall outlet at the head of the queen bed did not have a cover (bare wiring visible and potential shock hazard), and (2) the hot and cold water faucets in the 2nd bathroom (the one with just the shower) were plumbed backwards —- expected cold faucet comes out hot, and vice-versa (another potential hazard). What can you do about these issues?"

"It was exactly what we needed for our trip to the Warren Dunes. It was a short drive to the beach, very convenient location. The patio was such a relaxing spot to start and end each day. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. We would definitely stay here again! "

"Everything was as described. The cottage was clean and cozy, the hot tub was clean. The only thing I would warn about is the terrain is uneven, so if you have mobility concerns, you may want to take that into consideration. I do believe the host did a good job describing the area. The walk to the beach is all on sand and was a little rough on my knees. But the hot tub helped with that! We had a nice relaxing stay."

"It was all we had expected and more. Five friends having a getaway; and it was wonderful. The amenities were all over and above in every way. Space, comfort, amenities and location were all top notch. Definitely recommend and if we are ever in area again; will certainly stay there."

"This place has a beautiful view over housetops of the lake. Lots of seating on two decks for the view. Plenty of parking.The house accommodated our group of 15, with spaces to eat, put together a puzzle, play board games and be in the same area. A short walk to the beach. The host answered our questions quickly before arrival. The place is older but clean. The kitchen was supplied with nice pans and basic dishes."

"We had a wonderful stay at The Sawyer! Great House with plenty of room and lovely amenities. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed without our having to buy extra of anything.
