Relax in the wood-fired hot tub, listen to the gentle sounds of birds and grazing sheep, and enjoy the tranquil surroundings.

Inside, Midge Cabin features a cozy wood-burning stove, a plush double bed with high-quality linens, and a fully equipped kitchen with a combination oven and induction hob. The spacious bathroom boasts a large shower designed for two, ensuring comfort and convenience. Enhance your stay with a record player and a selection of carefully curated books, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.

While Midge Cabin provides privacy and serenity, please note that there is another cabin and a holiday cottage nearby, so you might occasionally hear or see your neighbours. The expansive fields are yours to explore, offering ample space and freedom to enjoy the natural beauty of Devon.

Within walking distance, guests can enjoy a round of golf at the nearby golf course with a welcoming clubhouse open to non-members. The local area also boasts two charming pubs and a delightful community shop, perfect for immersing yourself in the local culture. Amazing place

Had an amazing stay at stairway to Devon. Nathan and Helen are fantastic hosts from start to finish. The cabin is stunning with all the added extras that make it special. The cabin is immaculate with everything you need for your stay. I think the local cider and homemade chocolate brownies was a really nice touch. If you are looking for a relaxing retreat with your partner with amazing views of the countryside then this is the place for you. Will definitely be back. Our two chocolate Labradors also enjoyed their stay ☺️. Thank you Nathan and Helen
