Our light filled living space has everything you need, whether you are booked for a relaxing weekend away or a fun filled holiday escape.

Three well appointed bedrooms with luxury bed linen on their Queen Size beds and ceiling fans for a restful nights sleep.

A spacious living area with a TV, fireplace, board games and blue tooth speaker to help you rest, relax and keep you entertained during your stay.

A loft area with a working desk is also available if you have to mix business with pleasure.

For the creative types, our creative studio has art supplies, yoga mats and foam roller for meditation, stretching or tapping into your creative spirit during your stay.

Finally, our outdoor terrace has a wood burn fire, a BBQ and a lovely outdoor table to help you make the most of our garden space during your stay.

Have access to the whole house apart from the garage. The garage is locked for personal use.
House Guidelines

We hope you have a wonderful stay and enjoy everything our beautiful coastal home has to offer.
To help us keep the property in great condition for all guests, we kindly ask that you:
● Respect our peaceful neighbourhood by keeping noise to a minimum and moving indoors after 10pm.
● No parties, events or Schoolies bookings.
● Please rinse off sand using the outdoor shower before entering the house (no sand inside).
● Smoking is not permitted inside the home or on the balcony.
● Please avoid eating on furniture or in bedrooms.
● Leave furniture in its original position.

Before departure, please complete the checkout checklist provided.

We take great pride in presenting the home in spotless condition for your arrival and appreciate your help in leaving it neat and tidy when you check out.
