Chilltown - Coastal Escape with Lake and Mountain Views

Chilltown is a cosy beachside cottage located in the beautiful area of Burrill Lake. The house is situated a close walk to a number of beaches, and offers the most spectacular view of the stunning Burrill Lake and Pidgeon House mountain.
The house, although built in the 1950s, is fairly modern inside and boasts high ceilings and large windows that allow natural light to flood the living spaces. The open plan kitchen area is perfect for entertaining and spending time with loved ones, whilst taking in the amazing view from the large deck. The living room on the upper level features a comfortable sofa and armchair, a flat-screen TV and air conditioning making it the perfect spot to curl up with a good book or watch a movie on those cosy evenings.
The kitchen features many appliances and essential pantry items needed to prepare delicious meals. Outside on the large deck there is a dining table that seats eight people comfortably. There is also a hammock and large outdoor beanbag to relax in, providing an ideal space to enjoy the beautiful lake views.

Nearby are some great eateries, Rosie Oats, Lagom Bakery, and Burrill Fish Shop are local favourites. There is also an IGA grocery shop, News agency and Bottle Shop.
Burrill Lake offers plenty of activities to keep the whole family busy. Swimming, kayaking, standup paddle boarding, fishing, boating and jet skiing. There are also numerous bike tracks throughout Burrill, including an easy ride all the way into Ulladulla.
Just a short drive north is Ulladulla CBD with all the amenities and facilities that a larger township offers, including cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, boutique shopping and the stunning Cupitt's Winery. Drive a little further and you can explore the historic town of Milton with its art galleries, antique shops, restaurants and bars. Mollymook and Narrawallee beach are also close by and home to Rick Stein's famous eateries and the popular Gwylo restaurant.
Whether you're looking to spend your days soaking up the sun on the beach, swimming in the clear waters of the lake, or simply exploring the beautiful surroundings, this house is the perfect base for your stay.

Easy holiday house with lovely views

We enjoyed our stay. The house is comfortable with lovely views. You can walk to the Lagom Bakery or over the Bridge to a lovely cafe. Lots to do in the area. A bush track takes to the Racecourse Beach which is wild and beautiful. We didn't use the fire pit or the Hammock but will be tempted next time!
