There is so much attention to design detail, with everything from quirky options of messages to leave on your door for housekeeping, to local books left in your room, in case you need a good read. "Our friends booked the place for their wedding. We stayed overnight in the hotel on the third floor. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the grounds were well-maintained and beautifully-lush. Our only caution if you are considering this venue is that the rooms are not sound-proofed and you may need to pay for your room in cash (their card reader was down when we all checked-in). As for the area, the venue is a resort and fairly isolated, so be prepared to drive or cab anywhere else."

"El único fallo que tiene es que no hay ascensor, aunque son muy amables y te ayudan a subir la maleta. Por lo demás todo muy bien la habitación insonorizada, gracias a Dios porque está en pleno centro con muchísimo ruido. El baño muy bien también con albornoces, zapatillas, y útiles de baño. Teníamos una cocina con nevera, hervidor etc. El desayuno correcto, te entregan una carta con las posibles opciones para desayunar, los zumos no son naturales, pero los huevos con bacon pepino y tomate están...

Lovely view of old Lviv from the top of the tower in the center of Ploscha Rynok. That's the Latin Cathedral, one of the oldest still-active churches in the city. To climb the tower, go up the first four flights of stairs to the ticket desk. The way is clearly marked with signs in multiple languages, including English. At the desk, pay 10 hrivna and then keep climbing up, up, and up until you reach the open deck at the top of the tower. Then enjoy the view!
