Our unit is in a complex of individual cabins connected by a series of wooden boardwalks

Ucluelet is a small town surrounded by wilderness, so please do not leave any food outside!

There are parts along the drive in where there is limited reception and no gas stations or stores so try and fill up in Port Alberni. There are also grocery options when you arrive

There is a family of eagles located in the large tree above the cabin so please be mindful

Extremely well-thought out vacation space and very welcoming. Super-simple arrival/ check-in. Everything you could need in a very pretty package with fantastic views. We had a major storm while we were there and were very cozy watching it from the living room. And enjoyed the complimentary coffee on the deck in the sunshine the next morning. Highly recommended stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sitka Cabin. The view was spectacular and was the perfect place for a few days get away. The host was very accommodating and the cabin had everything we needed.

Things were great. One small recommendation…install grab bars in the tub/shower combination. Would help not only you older or injured guests but is a great safety feature for anyone using either the tub or shower!

Superbly equipped cabin with uninterrupted view over Terrace Beach ( Rather close to large high raise cabins behind ) Enjoyed walking the wild Pacific Rim Trail which was very close by. Took an excellent kayaking tour in Ucluelet Harbour. Drive to explore Tofino and had several stop offs on the way back to explore trails and beaches. Excellent meal at the Floathoyse Grill in the small craft harbour. Very foggy and misty for our whole stay, which hampered what we suspect would be beautiful views

Our first time using VRBO. The host was attentive, responded to all emails promptly and we loved the location. The views were exactly as described - breathtaking! Very impressed with the cabin, tastefully decorated and homey; offered everything we needed for our stay and more than we expected. We had a lovely stay and having the washer/dryer was a bonus.

Our stay at the Sitka cabin was just perfect. Check in was seamless and the property was private and quiet with an amazing western view to the open ocean. Everything was clean and fresh; we especially enjoyed the locally made shower products and dish soap. Accessing the cabin was easy on ramps so my elderly mother had no problems getting to the cabin.

Pacific rim experience

Terrace beach is situated in a beautiful cove just off the ocean and provides a connecting trail to the wild pacific trail. The sunsets are spectacular. The waterside accommodation gave us the opportunity to explore much of the natural beauty of Ucluelet that was right at our doorstep.

A Perfect Escape

Our recent stay was exactly what we needed—a true getaway where we could disconnect and fully immerse ourself in nature. The location was incredible, with the sound of the waves crashing against the shore providing a constant, soothing backdrop. Waking up to that and the fresh ocean air was an experience in itself.The accommodations were beyond comfortable, well-thought-out, and perfectly suited for unwinding. No distractions, just pure relaxation. Whether it was sitting outside with a coffee, exploring the nearby North Pacific Trail, every moment felt like a reset.If you’re looking for a place to unplug and recharge, surrounded by nature’s beauty, this is it. Ucluelet has a special kind of tranquility that makes you appreciate slowing down, and we’ll definitely be coming back.

Room with a view

Sitka 1 is a lovely, well-appointed suite, right on the beach and close to walking trails. Communication with the host was easy and efficient. The host provided good resources and let us know of a highway 4 road closure the day before we were leaving, allowing us adjust our plan. We really enjoyed our time in Ukee and the suite was perfect for us.

Beautiful area to stay

Great cabin with beautiful views. Owner was great with communicating even checking in during our stay to see if we needed anything. Cabin had everything you need to enjoy your stay and pet friendly. Area is spectacular with Wild pacific trail near light house very close to our cabin. Would definitely stay here again.

Anniversary to remember

The cabin was perfect for our anniversary trip. Everything was as advertised, clean, and peaceful. The location was just right for hikes on the Wild Pacific Trail, town walks in Ucluelet, and beautiful beach sunsets from our balcony. Brian is a wonderful host.

Delightful!

This is a cozy and efficient cabin with an amazing view, right beside Terrace Beach. You can walk to the wild Pacific Trail Lighthouse Loop, and it’s only a short drive to other trails and beaches, and close to Ucluelet stores and cafes. The kitchen has every thing you need, as well as oil and a few spices. Washer and dryer are also available. We would have extended our stay if we could!

Beautiful and relaxing

The property was perfect and as expected. Neighbors only on one side and forest on the other. The kitchen was very small but well equipped. We cooked all of our meals for five days without trouble (but the kitchen sink is very small). The view is incredible, even on the cloudy days (and there were more clouds than sun). The nearness to the Wild Pacific Trail was great. We never went further than five miles from the cabin and didn't lack for enjoyment. mall).

Exceptional View

Cute cabin with an exceptional view of the ocean. Situated between the magnificent old Sitka Spruce trees. Communication with Bryan was great. The cabin was clean and neat. Easy access to the beach right below the cabin, as well as the other trails like the lighthouse loop.
