"チェックインは別の建物でした。 駐車場から歩いて宿泊宿まで行きました。 荷物のみ車搬送。 夕方で疲れてた上に2歳児もいたので、気分は良くありませんでした。往復してまいりましょうか？など、お客様の1日の疲れを考えて、徒歩が送迎の選択肢を与えて頂きたかった。 次に部屋に到着後、使用の案内がありました。食器類は使ったら全て洗い、片づけるように言われました。常識的に、調理したら片付けはしますが、宿から、このように強く言われたのは初めてだったので、驚きしました。冬は寒すぎて、宿泊できないかも。お風呂は暗すぎる。こたつは温まりにくい。煎餅みたいなお座布団はお尻が痛くなります。防寒対策をして、ご宿泊ください。携帯の充電機コードなどはありません。"

"Wir waren im April 22 für sehr schöne 5 Tage in diesem Haus. Das Kokoro bietet die fast einmalige Gelegenheit, in einem traditionellen alten japanischen Haus zu leben. Im Obergeschoss sind Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Ankleide, Balkon und Toilette. Im Ergeschoss wird gefrühstückt und befindet sich das Badezimmer mit grosser Holzbadewanne. "The host was very welcoming and made everything very fun. He had mican and snacks and water for us. He didn't speak much English, but he had a detailed book about the place with pictures and explanations in English. The place was so Quaint and over 100 years old, but we'll maintained and clean with modern amenities. The futon and bedding were very comfortable. We loved the elaborate garden with fish to feed and the whole ryokan experiences. We were going to go to Matsuyama for shopping after...

"久しぶりに旅館に宿泊しましたが、スタッフの方々が外でお出迎えして下さったり、写真撮って下さったり、部屋まで荷物を運んで下さりお茶も入れて下さり、気持ちよく宿泊がスタートしました。 ウェルカムドリンクが21時まで飲めたり、売店も充実していて、外には足湯、温泉も充実していて、玄関には外湯に行くタオルやカゴまで用意されていて至れり尽くせり！ 食事も半個室のような場所でゆっくり食べられました。どれも見栄えも味もよく、大満足な宿泊になりました。 人にもおススメしたい素晴らしいお宿でした。 "

"What a great place and location! The host is very friendly and welcoming. The room was a beautiful traditional style, very clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend the cook your own BBQ- it’s great fun and the quality of the meat is superb. Great all round, wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommended 10/10"

"当日は雨天で風が強い日でした。そのため窓枠からのヒューヒュー音が少し気になりましたがその他はとても良いホテルでした。スタッフさんの対応は◎。バイクを軒下の駐車場に停めさせていただけて雨天の荷造りがとても助かりました。"

"We are traveling in the Shikoku Rail pass, the walk to the hotel from Goro station was about 20. We used a bus and taxis to get into Iyo Ozu town. The area around the hotel has built up afoind the interchange so s good vsriety if shops and restaurants around the hotel. The rooms were a bit small for two but workable.
