  • Esta cabaña colorida, informal y cómoda es perfecta para familias que aman la vida sencilla en la playa. La decoración es acogedora con fundas, habitaciones tropicales y relajantes sombras del océano.

    Ingrese al garaje a nivel de la calle, donde hay dos duchas privadas de estilo campamento, una para las niñas y otra para los niños. Una de las áreas de ducha también tiene un profundo lavabo estilo casa de campo. Desde aquí entras en la sala de estar de la planta baja que tiene un dormitorio con cama queen. Este nivel tiene un baño completo con ducha con piso de madera rústica elevada. Además, hay una gran sala con una sala de estar y literas (una doble sobre una completa) y una cama individual. Esta habitación tiene TV y se abre a un patio privado. Una lavadora y una secadora también están en este nivel. La planta baja es enfriada / calentada por unidades de ventana.

    Sube 14 escalones a las viviendas principales. Aquí encontrará un amplio dormitorio principal con cama extragrande, TV y baño privado con ducha. Hay otra habitación king con una cuna pequeña, y una tercera habitación con una cama queen. Hay un segundo baño completo en este piso con una combinación de ducha / bañera.

    El área abierta de sala de estar / comedor / cocina, con un televisor y una mesa de comedor para seis, se abre a un amplio porche con mosquitero. Aunque no está frente al mar, hay una espectacular vista al mar. Hay numerosas sillas de mimbre, tumbonas, mecedoras y un sofá donde todos pueden relajarse y disfrutar de la brisa de la playa y la vista. También puede cenar aquí, ya que hay una mesa tipo picnic con bancos y una pequeña mesa y sillas para los niños.

    Hay espacio exterior para estacionar tres autos, y un cuarto auto se puede estacionar debajo del garaje.

Just do yourself a favor and book this house. The location was fantastic, so close to the beach. There was plenty of room for our large family to spread out but we spent most of our time on the screened in porch. There was a small issue with the internet but Tybee Cottage staff handled it well and kept us updated at all times. We didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to come back. Absolute 10/10.

The home was an ideal location for our stay. We enjoyed lots of beach time, time relaxing on the lovely screened-in porch, and afternoons exploring Savannah's history.

We had a wonderful stay. The only downside was that there were no forks & we didn’t notice until sitting down for a spaghetti dinner. Ha! The grocery store is only 1/2 a mile away so we scooted & got some disposable forks. The porch was so relaxing. Beds were very comfortable & our party of 9 had plenty of room. We would love to come back & stay again.

Great place for a large group seconds from the beach!

We had a great weekend trip to Tybee with our family and friends. 10 stayed all comfy and with the right personal and sleeping space. Tons of together hanging out space inside and out and right at the beach. Would recommend to anyone and would stay here again!

Great Location

This house has the easiest access to the beach. It makes for an awesome beach trip. The porch is also dreamy, great for family hangs.

Will Stay Again!!!

We had such a great time at this property and will definitely stay again. We had 8 adults and plenty of room. Being able to walk to the beach was amazing!

Great house steps away from the beach!

This cozy beach house was perfect for the stay with me and my friends. We enjoyed the spaciousness of all of the bedrooms and living areas. Definitely a great location— just a short walk to the beach! Definitely recommend!

Family Beach Vacation

This property met all of our needs and is an ideal location for a beach vacation. The large screened porch is a plus. The home is well stocked and outfitted for the frequent beach visits. Highly recommended!

Beds very comfortable and linens very nice. It's a charming house. But property needs some updating and deep cleaning...esp. the downstairs and porch. The location was outstanding!

Tybee Island April

The porch did not disappoint. We spent 99.9% of our time there while at the house. The beach was delightful and we could see and hear the ocean from the porch. More than enough space for our group.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love this house! Management was kind enough to let us have a later check out, since our flight was not until evening. It is an older home, however, so it has older home maladies like slow drains and a musty basement. My only complaints are that the beach towels and toys that were there last year were not there this year, so we had to scramble for those. Beach chairs and coolers were available for use, as was a cart with which to haul it all to the beach. We would recommend this place, primarily for its proximity to the beach and that fabulous screened porch from which the ocean can be seen. We had a rainy week, so we spent much time on the porch.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Suppose to be 5 bedrooms and was 4 bedrooms . The downstairs living room does have a bunk bed but wasn’t appropriate set up . We did call to make sure that living room was not attached to bunk beds room and they said it was not but it was. Everything was filthy. Cabinets in kitchen unorganized and drawers filthy. Oven was disgusting. Ceiling fans had layers of black dust in them. Floors had not been swept when we came in and bathrooms lightly touched. Beach supplies ( very few) were rusty and way not useable. Garage had so much sand. Furniture on deck /porch was filthy, tables chairs out there covered in dust and dirt and floor on porch hadn’t been mopped in awhile. Dirty,Dirty,Dirty. Will not rent from them again or Tybee Cottages for not addressing it.

Great access to the beach, plenty of space, and The Porch was amazing! There was plenty of space for all 10 of us and plenty of parking. We had one evening the air conditioner was not cooling as it should have but Tybee Cottages promptly took care of the situation.

Better every time!

This is our second year staying here for a girls’ trip. Last year we had 9 people and all fit comfortably. The location is perfect for spending all day on the beach and all evening on the screened porch. The provided beach carts and extra chairs are so appreciated!The owners are so accommodating. Everything is comfortable. We can’t wait to come back!

Loved Tybee!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was not our first time to Tybee, but probably the best place we have stayed in the multiple times we have been there. The location is wonderful, close to the boardwalk to the beach, a particularly useful feature for the baby of our party (actually, his parents who had to do all the to & fro from house to beach...). As other reviewers have mentioned, the porch, the porch, the porch! A huge screened-in porch overlooked the street and had a view of the ocean. Wine & cheese there every night. Very comfortable and so pleasant! We were a party of 8, which included a baby; all were comfortably accommodated in the house. There is an outdoor shower, which was so useful after a day at the beach! Also bonus was the supply of beach chairs, coolers, and wagons to load & pull to the beach. The management was very kind, answering all our questions (what's the wifi password?) and allowing us a late check out, as our flight did not leave until 7 pm. The only critique I have is that we found we had to wash some of the glasses, cups, and flatware before use, as they were not clean (still had food stuck to them). There is a dishwasher, however, so it was not a big deal. We did not cook meals, per se (just kept breakfast and lunch supplies around), so I cannot comment on the extent of cook ware. We found the water to be a little harder than we prefer, so we bought a water filter pitcher from Walmart and that served us well. We loved our stay, will be back and can give this house 2 thumbs up!
