This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom beach retreat is the ideal option for a tranquil getaway with your closest friends and family. Embark on leisurely beachfront strolls or bike rides, easily accessible via two private boardwalks. Along the way, don't forget to pause and feed the friendly turtles that call the expansive backyard pond home. Gaze upon breathtaking sunrises and sunsets, comb the shoreline for treasured seashells or take a leisurely stroll to visit the iconic Tybee Lighthouse.

Step inside, and you'll find the living area thoughtfully designed for your comfort, featuring plush seating, a Smart TV, and access to a balcony where you can enjoy the island breeze. The dining space is located in the living space and offers seating for 4. The fully-equipped kitchenette offers a full-size refrigerator, an oven, a stove, a microwave, and a coffee maker, making it easy to prepare any meal.

Bedroom 1 is the epitome of coastal luxury with a king-sized bed, ample natural light, a private bathroom, and direct access to the water-view balcony, where there is lounge seating and an outdoor table with seating for four. The ensuite bathroom offers a large walk-in shower, a freestanding tub, and a double vanity. Meanwhile, Bedroom 2 offers two comfortable twin-sized beds, a Smart TV, and the added convenience of an ensuite bathroom, ensuring a restful and enjoyable stay for all.

Tybee Island

What a great stay on Tybee Island, the duplex we rented was great, clean and had nice views of the boardwalk across the lagoon to the beach. The Island was fun, lots of things to do.

Excellent

Great location. Very clean. Only thing I would change is some taller deck furniture, so people can see over the railing. Other than that, we loved it. Would stay again.

Anniversary Trip

Place was very comfy and peaceful. The only issue we had was t-mobile was the internet provider tmobile's coverage was bad. Not the fault of the owner.

Nice location!

Pretty place with a great view and location. Internet was iffy most of the time but we were told it was an Island issue. Good response and communication with the property manager. Water was turned off 30 minutes before check out, so its important to have those dishes done and last minute bathroom use before then. Loved our stay!.

Corporate Minimalism - AVOID

My family and I stayed here for an off-season vacation, but we will not be returning. No internet for the first day of our stay. This property is managed by a company. They did not respond to the internet problem in a timely fashion, so I lost a day of work. One of the towels had a dirty footprint on it (they provided new towels). Communication with the company was confusing (different people seem to be responding to the VRBO app messages and the multiple phone numbers provided for text messages). Water shut off without warning while I was in the shower. Minimal supplies in the kitchen (5 coffee filters to match the 5 days of our stay, salt and pepper, that's it). My kids boiled in the hot upstairs bedroom while my wife and I were cold in the downstairs bedroom (bad heating system, no extra blankets provided). No real front door so we had to use the 2 combination locks and come in and out of the garage door as a result. No personality here ... very corporate ... refused my request for a reasonable discount in response to the problems.
