Tybee Beach House & Private Pool

Brand New Construction! Our large heated Private Pool is great after a short walk to Tybee Beach. Enjoy the ground floor pool room with pool table, dining table, and family room or set up on the covered porch off the main family room and enjoy the ocean breezes! Nestled one lot back from the beach, this beach house has great ocean views! No expense spared in this great design for family fun! Please enjoy your stay at Tybee Island. We appreciate your business.
$500 pet fee allows for up to 2 medium sized dogs with a combined weight limit of both dogs not to exceed 150 pounds. Any variance beyond these limits require approval by management and will be subject to additional fees which much be agreed upon and paid prior to check-in.

Please note you will be charged $50 per guest for all guest above 12.

Please include these details with your booking. We also offer to heat the pool for a service fee of $325.

You will be charged a 6% cancellation fee of the total amount paid.

We will respond with questions when necessary.

Spacious beautiful home steps from the beach.

This house is a true Wow! It was perfect for our 3 generation family, with large gathering areas and private bedrooms with baths. The furnishings and decor are beautiful. The kitchen is very well equipped for large groups. There are beach chairs and toys available for use. The pool was great for everyone, with plenty of seating in the area. The downstairs rec room kept our kids of all ages occupied with ping pong and pool. The beach was a very easy walk. We rented the onsite golf cart which made it very easy to get around the island. The owners were very responsive to our messages and so accommodating. They really wanted us to enjoy their house. I would highly recommend this property! We hope to use it again in the future.

Lovely As Always!

This is the second time my family has rented this same property for our annual Tybee trip! Though the property had been updated since we were last here, it was still a wonderful space. It is roomy and spacious while still being comfortable. There are plenty of places for people to congregate which is nice if different groups want to do different things. The location is very close to the beach access as well which is nice. The owners were communicative and friendly, and we would definitely recommend it. Hopefully we will be visiting again soon!

Great Family Vacation Home

We had 8 adults with an infant and all of us had our own bedroom (5) with master baths. 3 Levels to the house which made it easier for late night entertainment when others wanted to sleep. Pool was awesome and it was a short walk to the beach. Great location and great property management team which quickly responded to any questions or minor issues. Highly recommend this property.

Great House

Can not say enough positive comments for this property. It is extremely well suited for a large family or group. Each bedroom is well laid out with comfortable beds and private baths. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could possible need, The house is walking distance to the beach and the main street that has several restaurants. The owner is very responsive to any questions.

Beautiful house!

The house is absolutely fabulous, my family loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom as well as being quite roomy. There was so much room for the kids to play, the kitchen was beautiful as was the rest of the house. The only little lapse was that I paid for the pool to be heated while we were there and the heater wasn't turn on the day we arrived. The water temperature never got as warm as we thought it should, but the hosts refunded part of the cost. I would highly recommend that anyone rent this home!

Beautiful Home, Perfect location

Family vacation. The house was amazing! Very clean and spacious. Comfy beds and furniture everywhere. Perfect location very close to the beach. The home had everything we needed and we will def be staying here again. Excellent hosts!

Great house and location on Tybee

Our three-generation family (ages 22 to 76) loved the house and the location. Short walk to the beach, lighthouse, restaurants, and even disc golf. We enjoyed the quietness of Tybee. The house is well appointed, comfy and clean. We would stay there again! Mark and Todd were also very responsive and helpful.

Ideal Vacation Home!

My parents and siblings and I have been going to Tybee every year since we were children. This place is perfect! It is beautifully updated in a way that makes the space feel clean but comfortable. It is very spacious, even more than the photos suggest in my opinion. It is easy to get to and in a quiet neighborhood in North Beach which is our preference. The house had easy access to the beach and the pool was lovely. The renters were easily available for questions when needed, but the property was so accommodating that we wanted for nothing! The kitchen was well-equipped, the bathrooms are pristine and roomy, the beds were comfortable, and the seating was plentiful! I could not recommend this place or these renters enough!

Great location/ Brand new House

House was great! Clean and cute. Great location and has a pool. This was our first time to Tybee and we loved it. You can walk to the beach and to the Sugar Shack. House was large and we had privacy and space. Beach was quiet and clean.
