The stunning living space, located on the top level, offers tons of natural lights, a large sectional, a flat-screen TV, and direct covered balcony access. The top-level balcony is the place to be for great partial views of the Atlantic Ocean. Share a meal on the outdoor dining table that has seating for 8, or simply lounge on comfortable seating and take in the views. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up meals with ease as it features brand-new stainless appliances, plenty of counter space, and island seating for 4. The dining space has seating for 6. There is a full community bathroom with a walk-in shower on the level.

Located on the second level, Bedroom 1 has a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and offers ensuite bathroom access. The ensuite bathroom has a double vanity and a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom. The ensuite bathroom has a shower-tub combination.
