  • Great location to enjoy the peacefulness of the historic Fort Screven district on Tybee Island. The home is located in a quiet residential setting near Jaycee Park, only about 1 block from beach access, and is located next to the Tybee Post Theater. Guests will have Good Times and make great memories in this 2 bedroom, 2 and a half bath three-story townhome. The tastefully appointed home features all-new hardwood floors and new fixtures throughout.

    The ground level entryway includes a nice foyer area as well as a garage that will accommodate two cars. The second level of the home is the bedroom floor. The Primary bedroom has a plush Queen bed, a 32-inch flat-screen TV, with an attached full bathroom with all new fixtures. Guests will enjoy the attached balcony with comfortable seating, and an eastern exposure that is perfect or watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee in the morning.

    The second bedroom, also on this floor features a King bed and a 32-inch flat-screen TV and an attached full bathroom, which is also accessible through the hall. The bedroom offers privacy and relaxation and views of the wooded landscape outside.

    The third floor of the townhome is the main living level. The living room is airy and bright with high vaulted ceilings. The tastefully appointed space includes comfortable seating with a sleeper sofa, a decorative fireplace, and a 50 inch TV screen. There is a balcony on this level that includes casual outdoor seating with an outdoor table with seating for four.

    All new wood floors are accented by custom tile design in the kitchen. The open floor plan includes a living room, a dining table that seats four with an open kitchen with bar seating for two. A half bath and a laundry area with full-size washer and dryer are located just off the kitchen.

    WIFI/Wireless Internet is available for guest use. There is parking for up to 3 cars, one in a driveway and two end to end in the garage. There is an outdoor shower so you can rinse off at the front prior to coming back from the beach. This townhome is pet-friendly, with an additional fee.

Great time

I enjoyed my stay at Good times vacation Rental. Place was beautiful and clean and overall welcoming. I will definitely be booking his place in the future. Instructions were clear and precise and when we needed help, the customer service was great.

Nice but very expensive

The refrigerator had mold on plastic stripping on door. The headboard on bed had stains that ciuld be mold. Need to clran better.

Beautiful house! Love the atmosphere of Tybee Island. We were disappointed to have a dryer delivery on our first full day there, right as we were ready to sit down to breakfast on the balcony. Breakfast had to wait, got cold. Had to get dressed when we had planned to stay in PJs during the rainy day. Guys delivered the dryer, which wouldn't open. Cleaning service cleaned up their mess and we were given 1 day of laundry service so we reused sandy beach towels. When we sent out laundry, all was not returned. I did share this when we left and was given a sweet "I'm sorry". Very disappointed with this whole situation. Otherwise, it was a great trip.

Covid escape

Property was in a good location. Park nearby for our dog which was a plus. Overall nicely decorated and pictures are current. Aside from a few items that can be improved to set the attention to detail apart, a good overall experience!

Great time at Good Times!

The Good Times townhome was perfect for our family of 5 (including children ages 2, 5, and 9). The entire interior and decor had a relaxing, beachy vibe throughout, and the property was clean, well-maintained, and a convenient, easy distance to the beach. Check-in and check-out process was easy and painless as well. Just an FYI, this property would NOT be a good choice for anyone who has difficulty with stairs, as this is a 3-level townhome with fairly steep stairs that have to be navigated multiple times per day (as garage and entry/exit is on the ground level, bedrooms/bathrooms are on the second level, and kitchen/dining/living area is on the top floor). We were nervous about our 2-year-old navigating all the stairs safely (a removable baby gate would have been a nice option but wasn’t available), but we managed all week with no problems and no tumbles down the stairs. The outdoor shower situation was a bit confusing, as the shower that seems like the one that should belong to the Good Times unit (there are 4 units connected), actually apparently belongs to the neighboring unit. The residents there got tired of vacation renters using their shower all the time and had it turned off. However, since the outdoor showers aren’t clearly marked, we thought our shower was broken. We called the property management company, who said they would send someone out to fix it. Three days later we hadn’t heard from anyone and the outdoor shower still wasn’t working, so we called back. At that point, they checked the service history, realized the issue, and explained that our outdoor shower was actually on the other side of the unit (which seemed like it belonged to the next unit over). We felt that the property management company should have called us back to inform us of the situation in a more timely manner rather than waiting until we called back several days later. Also, since we were told that this is a common mistake that vacation renters of the Good Times unit make, we also feel like the outdoor showers for each unit should be clearly marked, or at least the information be provided with the check-in packet. But really, this was just a minor inconvenience. Overall, our stay at Good Times was spectacular, and we would certainly stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Good Times had a relaxing, beachy feel and decor. It was well-maintained and an easy walk to the beach. Not a good rental for someone who can’t handle stairs well, but it worked great for us. The only snafu we ran into was that the outdoor shower situation was confusing. The outdoor shower that seemed like the one that should belong to Good Times was apparently actually the shower of the neighboring unit. The residents there had gotten tired of vacation renters using their outdoor shower and disconnected it, so we initially thought the outdoor shower was broken. We called property management, who said they would come check it out. Three days later, the shower we thought was ours still wasn’t working, and we hadn’t heard back from anyone. We called back again, at which point they checked the service history and realized the issue. As they said this was a common mistake for people staying in this unit, I feel the outdoor showers should be more clearly marked. Wonderful vacay!

Doggone Great!

This place was a great halfway point for 4 SC residents to vacation with 2 FL relatives. The 6 of us had a relaxing time on the quieter side of Tybee Island. The dog-friendly residence was perfect, on a dog-friendly Island near dog-friendly Savannah. A 2 block walk to the beach was easy, and plenty of nice restaurants to choose from. Comfy, clean and well kept. We had some wasp issues, but the manager responded immediately.

Nice stay!

We enjoyed our stay. We came at the best time. The weather was perfect and it wasn’t crowded at all. The beds could have been a little more comfortable especially the king bed and the room with the queen bed could have used some darkening shades or curtains as the light shines directly into that room. Other than that everything was very clean and we had all the amenities we needed. It was a very nice stay!

Lovely condo. Spacious. Located an easy 2 block walk to ocean. Next door to playhouse theater in quiet neighborhood section. Love the quieter side of island. NOT for anyone with poor knees or ability to climb stairs however. We love Tybee!

Great property and location…

Great property and location… we have been to Tybee many times, this is a new were property, very comfortable for four, quick walk to the beach, enough starter supplies to get you going without having to run to the store right away, definitely a repeat for my family.
