Aspectos positivos: Limpieza
The communication with the owner was timely - everything was fine with our trip. The only reason why we gave an overall 4 star was related to amenities. For a place that is over 1000 per night, we would hope that the beach chairs would be in much better shape/condition. There was only 1 new beach chair, all others were old, rusted and actually dangerous (my wife was cut by a sharp edge on one chair). We also communicated with the owner about what was available in the kitchen, noting that we planned to cook, and we were told the spices were stocked etc. Upon arrival, all the spices were old, caked hard, and basically not useable so we had to go buy everything. Had we known, we would have packed the essentials to save some money. Same with the grill for use, the grill grates are so old, rusted, and deteriorating that we didn’t feel safe cooking on it. Finally, some of the soap dispensers in the bathroom were low or empty. Aside from that, the house was great, comfortable, plenty of seating and the beach is a short walk away. This is really a 5 star spot if some of the minor details can be refreshed, updated, and taken care of to ensure visitors are truly welcomed without having to do anything.
