Welcome to Tybee Beach Club 113, a fun beach condo on Tybee Island. Located in the oceanfront Beachside Colony complex, this enchanting property offers an idyllic blend of coastal charm and modern convenience just a short stroll from the surf.

Of course the moment you walk in, you'll want to drop your bags and head out to the private balcony to soak up the coastal sunshine and salty air. Perfect for enjoy the sunrises and sunsets alike, you'll have fantastic views of the property's sparkling pools, and just beyond, glimpses of the Atlantic.

When you aren't savoring the view, grab your suit and head to the pool for a swim or to lounge with a good book.

Tybee Beach Club 113 is designed for rest and relaxation. Plush furnishing greet you in the living area, made for movie nights in. You'll love the convenience of a full kitchen, making it easy to make meals and snacks. Find barstool seating at the counter as well as a separte dining table for shared meals and card game nights.

Two well-appointed bedrooms await you after a fun-filled day on the island. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, and you'll find a queen-size bed in the second bedroom. Each bedroom is outfitted with cozy bedding, a private TV and space for your belongings. Two full bathrooms are stocked with plenty of fresh towels.

When you aren't soaking up the sunshine poolside or strolling the sand for the perfect souvenir seashell, venture out on the island enjoy an array of nearby activities. This was a great place to stay. Not sure it the owners are aware, but the right sided cabinet that covers the washer and dryer is missing 2 hinges. It looks a little unstable.

Quick family trip

Good location, not as crowded as other sections of beach. Condo was nice. The only thing I would change would be the mattresses were too hard for us. But, we still had a great time.

Dirty, no wifi, not convenient.

Mold in shower, what appeared to be dried up french fries near bath tub (or maggots?).Smelled of cigarettes. Sandy mat at bed which tracked into bed before we realized the mat was dirty.No wifi and poor cell reception. No wifi should be in listing especially considering poor reception.Guest must take out trash? What is cleaning sevice for?Don't stay here. Much better options on this island. .

The property is directly on the beach with a pool, a restaurant a bar and is small dog friendly. Within walking distance are other restaurants and a coffee shop.

Family Vacation

Our stay was fantastic, we had a problem with full size sheets on a queen size bed but i called and they took care of it quickly. They stated a sleeper sofa but it wasn't. Each side was a recliner but only one side worked. I'd taken an air mattress, so i was prepared since I'd run into this at a different place. Over all the place was totally awesome but actually only sleeps 4 people. I loved the garage parking and this place was great. The Deck Bar and Kitchen was very good snd so convenient. This was my first time to Tybee Island and i cannot wait to return. Thank you Tybee Vacation Rentals!!!

Heated pool

The condo was nice and clean. Love the view and access to the beach. I had a huge problem with the pool not being heated. I brought my girls there for fall break and we needed a heated pool. Talked to property manager and one of the employees at the rental agency. Said they would have it fixed and it never happened. They both were ice cold and we had to make other arrangements to entertain each day. Cost 2-3 times more for us to stay there.

Unfortunately, Would not stay again.

Although booking online was very easy and the location was good… Checkin was a little chaotic, no interaction with rental management. Condo had mold and water damage in master bath, kitchen sink leaks, and the floors were so dirty. Walking barefoot caused the bottoms of my feet to be black. There were hair clips left on lamps, debris on rug and ping pong balls in living room. Disappointed.

Small, not very clean, no closet space. rented dog friendly condo on beach, buy was not told when I rented that dogs are not allowed on beach. why would I want beach front with dog? Will not rent or go to Tybee again.

Great location, nice condo.

The location is great, within walking distance of some great restaurants. We tried the onsite restaurant once, The Deck, and not impressed. They were out of a lot of stuff we ordered. They definitely need more silverware, bowls and kitchen things. Most places have some spices, and other things provided but there was nothing, maybe because of Covid. The beach access is ok, and the beach itself is good. I would probably stay here again because of the location.
