Charming Vacation Spot with Private Pool

This comfortable cozy beach house is located on the South end of Tybee where you can easily walk to the beach, pier and award winning restaurants. This duplex is behind the famous Sting Ray's Restaurant and is walking distance to a local mart.

Enjoy the beautiful private pool with chairs, umbrellas, picnic table and grill. This charming place has a fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities, including a microwave, toaster oven, blender and coffee maker. Also included are a washer and dryer, linens, free wireless internet, phone and parking.

This hideaway with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms can sleep 6 comfortably. The main floor has two bedrooms. One room has a queen bed and television. The adjoining room has a trundle bed and can sleep 2. It has 2 lovely places to dine and a wonderful seating area with Comcast cable. The upstairs loft with private bathroom and shower can sleep 2 as well.

The house was perfect for the 3 of us. We loved the pool & stayed by it for the majority of our stay! The restaurant by the house is just a walk down the steps and to the right with great food & fast service. The walk to the beach was quick, took us about 6 mins including waiting on the lights to cross the road. Everyone was very friendly and they cleaned the pool every morning. I have no complaints & plan to come back!!

Beautiful home! Great proximity to the beach. We had a good time here. We hardly noticed the restaurant behind the property, in fact, it was nice to be walking distance to several places. My only issue is that I asked the host a question and never got an answer, but it wasn’t that big of a deal. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Everything is excellent regarding this property.Private pool, 5 minute walk to the beach, no hassle parking, easy access to everything in the south area.Very clean property. Full size galley kitchen, 2.5 baths, full size washer and dryer. We are already planning our next trip to this property.

Are stay was very good. Communication was great, location was great with beach,stores, and restaurants all near by. Pool was cleaned everyday and was great for my 11yr old son to enjoy. Could have been a little better cleaned but do to people checking out late cleaning was rushed. They did make things right.

Family Friendly Oasis in Great Location

Our family stayed at Sunray’s over Memorial Day weekend. The house is in an excellent location behind Stingray’s restaurant and near the pier and downtown beach/strand area. It’s an easy walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. The house was very clean and well maintained. The pool area is very quiet and private despite being directly behind a busy restaurant and bar. Beautiful space with a grill and plenty of outdoor seating. We really enjoyed grilling out and hanging by the pool. The only downside is due to the proximity of the restaurant there is an overwhelming smell of deep fryer/fried food wafting through the air when outside. Also on garbage day it can be rather loud with the garbage trucks emptying the dumpster outside the restaurant early in the morning. Susan was very responsive to our questions and helpful with recommendations on where to rent beach chairs. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

Perfect Getaway!

Loved this place! Very convenient location to anything you may need. Beach, restaurants, grocery, gas station, etc. all just steps away. Private pool too! What a plus! Would absolutely come back here! Thanks for allowing us to stay! WE CERTAINLY ENJOYED EVERY BIT OF IT!

Amazing spot

Super close to all the fun stuff, beach is a short walk across the main road, gas station next door, amazing food at both rays seafood and the ice cream shop. Restaurant is not noisy, but delivery trucks can be but only in the living room area. Be sure to book the dolphin tour while visiting too. Super well stocked house, and pool was especially helpful keeping the kids busy. Highly recommended.

Enjoyed our stay

This was our first time staying on Tybee and this location was the perfect place for us! Walking distance to food and shopping. The beach is a quick walk down the street. Yes, there's restaurant noise, but honestly, it didn't bother us at all. We will definitely stay here again!
