Watch the sunrise from one of your two porches while ships and shrimp boats pass by. Enjoy an afternoon of fun and relaxation at the beach or see the sights in town. End the day with a freshly caught shrimp or seafood dinner in your home or at a local restaurant!

You’ll be sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this beautifully decorated 3 bedroom / 3 bath townhome with free high-speed Wi-Fi at Tybee’s North Beach. The townhome is next to the beach sand dunes – there is a beach walkway through the dunes at the property providing direct access to the beach. You’ll also have a beach wagon to haul the provided beach chairs to the beach.

Each of the 3 bedrooms has a luxurious queen bed to provide optimal sleep time each night. Each bedroom also has cable TV and an attached full bath. The master also has a sofa bed, a walk-in closet, a dressing room with double sinks and a walk in shower & toilet. The 2 front bedrooms look out over the ocean and the old fort.

The living area is an open floor plan with comfortable seating for all and is furnished with a flat screen TV w/ VCR and DVD, a game table and a back deck. The kitchen is equipped with plenty of dishes, stainless pot and pans, toaster, coffee pot, microwave, dishwasher, stove/oven, blender and much more. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area, with a dining room table large enough to accommodate all.

The townhome has a large front porch and large top floor deck - great for viewing ocean, ships, stars, sunrise, and The Tybee Lighthouse. Two parking spaces are available.

As well as being right at the beach, the townhome is just steps away the North Beach Grill Bar and Restaurant, the Historic Tybee Lighthouse and Fort Screven Museum. You won’t need a car on the island; you can rent bikes or golf carts nearby.

Great Time for All!

Check-in was super easy and quick. Communications with the owner was quick and he was super nice. The property is the perfect beach getaway for a small group. The bedrooms were well-decorated, and the beds were very comfortable. Kitchen is a good size with everything you might need.

Excellent location for a trip to the beach

Our family of 6 really enjoyed staying at this townhouse, just a few minutes walk from the beach. Other than needing some updating inside, the house was perfect. Dan, the owner was so helpful and friendly. He helped us find out very quickly and easily where to bring the kids and where to get the best local food.

Beautiful place

We had such a great time at our townhouse! It is in a fantastic location, and really is just steps from the beach. Our family of six had a great time and there was plenty of room for all of us.The property was very clean, owner was super helpful. We highly, highly recommend this place!

Nice Tybee vacation spot

Close to North Beach -- access pier is only a few houses away. Nice two-level townhome in good shape with 3 good-sized BRs and baths and good kitchen; good value. Faces parking lot, but decent separation from the lot, and good ocean (and lighthouse!) view from top deck. Convenient to everything on north end of Tybee, and a nice beachwalk to the pier. Parking underneath with room for 1 vehicle. Can't see neighbors in adjoining townhomes, which is nice, but can hear them if they are loud. Wasn't an issue. Good wi-fi and standard cable TV, but no way to access our streaming services on TVs: not bad, just noteworthy.Would return here.

Wonderful beach location

The beach location was amazing. Dan was easy to contact. I wished my kitchen had such nice pits and pans. I felt like the photos were a little misleading and there needs to be some decluttering in the parking area. I come again .

what a lovely place-owner Dan is such a gracious host. Beach access was so close- kids had a ball riding their bikes and visiting the marine museum and JayCee park and playground right around the corner- will definitely return and can highly recommend- thanks again Dan!

Simply perfect!!!!

We are a family of 6. This place was spacious, comfortable, clean and best of all, close to the beach! Dan was super friendly and available if we needed anything. There were beach chairs, an umbrella and boogie boards that we were able to use. It was an easy drive to Savannah for sightseeing and the beach itself was much quieter than the South side of the island. We would definitely use this place again! Thanks, Dan!

Great Location

A for AMAZING

The property was extremely clean and comfortable. A true home away from home! The property owner was very friendly and responsive to my inquiries. The proximity to the beach was so convenient, especially for the kids. There are also beach chairs, toys and a cart to use! Tybee as a whole was so fun and we will definitely be back!

Tybee Vacation

This was our first trip to Tybee Island. This property is in a great location. It is just steps from the beach and North Beach Bar and Grill. We had dinner there and drinks each afternoon. It is right by the lighthouse and by the fantastic Monday Farmers Market. The host is very easy to communicate with. Meeting Dan was one of the highlights of our trip! Great views from the porches! I would highly recommend the property.

Comfort by the sea

Perfect Location, Comfortable Home!

Dan and Jill are great hosts. Their house is in a perfect location in North Beach. Easy access to the beach, the North Beach Bar and Grill, and the lighthouse. Dan told us about the farmer's market on Monday evenings at the lighthouse, (great market) and was easy to communicate with during our stay. The house is eclectic and comfortable, definitely a feeling of home. Kitchen had everything you could need and the washer and dryer came in super handy during our stay. Plenty of space for our family to enjoy evenings around the house. The porches have a great view and the covered one is excellent for watching the storms roll in. The master bedroom is very spacious. Dan provided beach gear like chairs, cart, and some toys. Plenty of towels and linens. AC worked great in the 90+ heat. First time visiting Tybee and it was wonderful! Just a small note: if you drive a larger vehicle the under house parking space is tight, we fit, but it was tight.

Tybee Island vacation

Our family had a great time. The condo was very clean and well equipped. Only a short walk to the beach. Got to meet Dan and he is a wonderful person and told us if we needed anything just let us know. Will be going back!

Wonderful stay

The location was wonderful. We were within walking distance of beach access, Tybee Island Lighthouse, Marine Science Center and a restaurant. The townhouse was very nice and clean. Dan the property owner was very nice. We had the opportunity to talk to him a couple times. We would definitely stay here again.
