"Easy to access"

"Rebekah really put this stay over the top. Great attitude and very helpful. Building has a lot of character. Breakfast is the best we had in a long time."

"We booked this room for one night not long before we stayed on Labor Day weekend. Given that it was a holiday weekend, the price was reasonable. Otherwise, I thought it was somewhat high, given the age and physical condition of the property. The unit was exceptionally clean, regardless of how old the furniture and fixtures were. The beds were not the most comfortable, but again they were clean. I had specifically booked on the first floor for ease of access, but there was no way to the room...

"Was good you could hear all the neighbors coming in late and conversation. Number one negative was 10 checkout. You can’t even enjoy breakfast or a early hike"

"Rooms are ok, very clean, great staff, AC could have been better."

"Great location, helpful staff, nice breakfast !"

"The room and the stay was okay. Didn't use the pool, nor the hot tub and the snow was gone so no skiing."

"Came to Aspen for Ruggerfest 2025, this provided a great home base for the weekend. Clean and quiet and only a 10 minute walk from both fields. Ideal location for people coming to town for future ruggerfests."

"This is an older property in Aspen but reasonably priced relative to the area. Parking was easy and it is walkable to the center of town."

"Perfect location and very comfortable room."

"The place was a bit dated and the heating system was quite loud at night. Loved the location and complimentary breakfast. Could have been cleaned a bit better. "
