"We were there for business - a sculpture dedication at the Irish Miners Memorial which is worth visiting. But we also enjoyed being with in walking distance of the cafes and shops. The property was very clean. It does have quirks that go with a house that was built around 150 years ago, like some slightly sloping floors and such but that’s part of the fun. "

"Everything was great! Nice quiet neighborhood, well-equipped house, quick access to Ski Cooper and plenty of room for our 6 family members. This was our second stay at this property and we will stay here again. "

"Very comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully equipped and supplied, except we couldn’t find any ice trays. Our one disappointment was that the patio wasn’t more attractive. An umbrella or awning for shade and a few pots of flowers to replace the weeds would have made it a much pleasanter place to hang out. The hot tub was great. "
