The Langham, Gold Coast and Jewel Residences
Hotel is great, lovely pool and close to beach. Room was OK (no free upgrade this time) and having to hand over your luggage immediately on arrival (pre-check in) was unexpected and not really warranted.

Main thing was just a little upset to turn up and hear about the temp closure of the pool.
