The Cliff | 10ha Private Lakeside Estate

Summary:
Opening 1 May 2027: bring the family together at The Cliff, a private lakeside estate of around 10 hectares. Seven bedrooms across the main house and guest house sleep up to 14 guests. Enjoy forest, cliffs, a private beach and a 30 m² lakeside sauna. Two motorboats, a canoe and the jacuzzi are included May–October; the winter jacuzzi is optional.

The Space:
Opening on 1 May 2027, The Cliff brings families and friends together on a private lakeside estate of around 10 hectares. Forest, granite cliffs, meadows and a private sandy beach surround the main house and separate guest house.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS — UP TO 14 GUESTS
Main house: 240 m² across two floors.
• Upstairs: four bedrooms with double beds, each separable into two single beds, and two full bathrooms, one with a bathtub.
• Downstairs: one double bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom, plus a separate guest WC.
Guest house: 20 m², with two bedrooms — one with a double bed and one with bunk beds — and one full bathroom.
There are seven bedrooms, four full bathrooms and a separate ground-floor guest WC in total. The main house and guest house provide 260 m² of living space; the 30 m² lakeside sauna is separate from this figure.

TIME TOGETHER
Cook in the fully equipped kitchen, share a long meal on the panoramic terrace and spend an evening around the fire. The estate has one finished 30 m² lakeside sauna, a jacuzzi, a private jetty and a sandy beach. Two motorboats, one canoe and the jacuzzi are included from May to October. Boats are unavailable November–April; the winter jacuzzi can be booked as an optional extra.

Bed linen and towels are provided for all booked guests. A linen fee of 130 SEK per guest per stay is automatically included in the booking total. No separate linen order is required.

The Cliff is currently under construction and opens on 1 May 2027. The gallery includes architectural visualisations; some finishes and details may change before opening.

Guest Access:
Your group has exclusive use of the main house, guest house and private estate, including the shoreline, sandy beach, jetty, terraces and the 30 m² lakeside sauna. There are no shared spaces. Two motorboats, one canoe and the jacuzzi are included May–October. Boats are unavailable November–April; the winter jacuzzi is an optional extra.

The Neighborhood:
Although The Cliff feels completely secluded, you’re only 10 minutes from Ulricehamn, offering supermarkets, restaurants, cafés and shopping.

The surrounding area is known for its lakes, forests, hiking trails and outdoor activities throughout every season.

Getting Around:
The property is reached via a scenic 2 km private gravel road through the forest. It is accessible with any standard passenger car throughout the year.

Free parking is available in the designated parking area on the property.

Ulricehamn with restaurants and grocery shopping is 10min away. Gothenburg can be reached in about one hour by car.

Please note: Boats are not available from November to April.

Online booking window
Our online calendar opens up to 365 days before arrival. Dates further in the future are not yet open for online booking.

House rules: Up to two dogs are welcome. Dogs must be kept on a leash outside. Quiet hours are 23:00–07:00. The primary guest must be at least 18. Check-in is from 16:00; checkout is by 10:00.
