"The house was described as "Historic", which means it is very old. It was clean. We were a group of 2 couples. Both of the women complained that the beds were uncomfortable, as well as the pillows. Each of the beds were full size. There was a couple of air fresheners in the living room that were so strong it was a bit overwhelming. After communication with the owner, we removed the air fresheners to the front porch, turned on the AC and a fan and things were better. Communication with the owner...

"Loved the charm of the house. "Historic" is an accurate term. Right next to Tuskegee University. Beds were comfortable. E-mail communication prior to the trip was great,, but when we tried the phone number that we were given, we were told it is an international number. "

"The Meadows Mill House is a great example of minimalistic restoration. The house is beautiful and fully stocked with everything you need. The back porch overlooking the river is awesome. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer."
