Pura Vida Duplex by Wonderful Italy

  • Un piso precioso en un edificio histórico, situado en la céntrica y peatonal Via Carlo Alberto, justo en el corazón de Turín.



    El piso, que está en la segunda planta (sin ascensor), da a un salón muy luminoso, decorado con colores vivos y equipado con un cómodo sofá-cama doble, una chimenea y una tele colocada sobre un mueble. Más adelante, puedes acceder a la cocina independiente y totalmente equipada, que incluye horno, lavavajillas, tostadora, hervidor, microondas y lavadora-secadora, además de una mesa de comedor. Dos escaleras de caracol conducen a los dormitorios, cada uno con una cama de matrimonio: el primero cuenta con un amplio armario, mientras que el segundo tiene un escritorio, perfecto para trabajar desde casa.

    Un cuarto de baño con una ducha grande completa el apartamento.

    La maravillosa ciudad de Turín, capital del Piamonte y famosa por su chocolate, ofrece un sinfín de oportunidades y experiencias. La ciudad destaca por su refinada arquitectura; de hecho, hay suntuosos edificios barrocos que admirar con vistas a las plazas de Turín, como la Piazza Castello y la Piazza San Carlo. En el casco antiguo se alza la Mole Antonelliana, uno de los símbolos de Italia, junto al Palacio Real de Turín y el Palacio Madama. Turín ofrece atracciones para todos los gustos, desde actividades al aire libre hasta gastronomía. Si te apetece dar un paseo entre la vegetación y respirar el aroma de las flores, puedes disfrutar del Jardín Botánico de Turín, situado a la izquierda del río Po, y del famoso Parque Valentino, cerca del casco antiguo. Hoy en día, la provincia se considera el mejor centro italiano en lo que respecta a la elaboración de chocolate, y cada año se celebra el evento «Cioccolatò» con fiestas, actividades y degustaciones. Si quieres probar platos típicos del Piamonte, no te pierdas los restaurantes Solferino y Consorzio.



    El aeropuerto de Turín-Caselle está a solo 20 km del apartamento, mientras que la estación de Turín Porta Nuova se encuentra a tan solo 500 m.

La struttura si trova in pieno centro vicinissima a tutti i principali monumenti/musei, e' al secondo piano di un edificio senza ascensore, e le camere sono soppalcate accessibili con scale a chiocciola.

On a tout aimé de cet endroit; son espace spacieux, les chambres, les balcons et son emplacement parfait pour les voyageurs qui veulent découvrir la ville.

Posizione strategica

Vacanza breve ma intensa, l'appartamento è situato in zona centralissima ciò ci ha permesso di visitare e girare la città facilmente! Unica pecca per chi viene in auto sono le zone ztl. Ma tutto sommato per il resto ottimo.

Apartment was nice overall and worked well for two adults and two older kids. Could be difficult for individuals with mobility limitations or small children, since the stairs are quite steep/narrow. Good air conditioning and working kitchen. Some parts felt a little dirty (rug) but beds were adequate and space was generally well maintained. I would stay again.

Perfect location

Great place, exactly as advertised. The only recommendation is that there are some outdated appliances. The dishwasher and toaster both didn’t work. But that’s really minor.

Location was fabulous

Loved the location. The building is very old as it’s located in the very historic part of Turin. The host managers were easily contactable via WhatsApp. I needed to contact them as the shower drain was blocked and they promptly fixed the issue which was great. The things I really liked was that all the Beds were comfortable. Pillows comfy too. Only a couple of negatives, being an older building the pumps taking water to upper floors vibrated in the walls on and off. A bit noisy. Unfortunately the last two days of our stay the wifi stopped working and they didn’t respond to me about sorting that when I when I said it was still not working which was a bit disappointing.

Flat in a central location with light and shade

The flat is centrally located in the city centre, but in the rear building with a view of the inner courtyard and technical facilities. Steep spiral staircases in the stairwell and to the bedrooms not suitable for everyone, but no problem for us. The interior of the flat corresponds to the advert, but is a little older and more worn than shown there. The furnishings are tasteful, the equipment basically good, but with a few limitations: Table and chairs only for 3 people, no wifi on one of 3 days. Positive: There was a starter box with washing up utensils and bin bags, hand soap and shower gel was available which was very practical. You can't leave the building without a key, there is a ceiling-high grille at the exit of the stairwell that can only be opened with a key. This is problematic if you want to leave the house separately or are in an emergency situation. Attention must also be paid to this when checking out. Communication with agency was via WhatssApp (within working hours), some times they sent a link to click instead of writing directly in the chat, but at the end it was also possible to clarify things without using the link. The chat via Fewo-direkt (booking platform) and via mail did not work well. Despite the disadvantages mentioned, we had all in all a pleasant time and felt well in the flat, the location within walking distance of many tourist attractions and the train station is excellent, and the price-performance ratio is also good.

Great location good shower and kitchen

Had trouble with WiFi wrong info was given but did get it straightened out. The host knew nothing about the area could not even recommend restaurants. They should have a list of restaurants and things to do inside the unit. The rug in living room needs to be cleaned.
