1) Check-in is only available until 10 p.m;

2) We will assist you by telephone every day from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m;

3) All requests for the flat must be received by 12 noon on the day before check-in (so we can make arrangements);

4) Unfortunately, we do not have luggage storage;

5) Early check-in and late check-out, if possible, are subject to a charge;

6) During holidays and weekends and in case of emergencies, our maintenance staff and craftsmen will not be available, however we will do all we can to assist you.

IN ITALY IT IS COMPULSORY BY LAW (DS 113 ART. 19 BIS OF 4 OCTOBER 2018) TO PROVIDE THE IDENTITY DOCUMENTS OF ALL GUESTS IN THE FACILITY AS THEY MUST BE SENT TO THE POLICE HEADQUARTERS.
