This comfortable apartment, perfect for 4 guests, is located at the western end of the Borgo San Paolo neighborhood. We are conveniently located for easy access to downtown, the Polytechnic University, Ruffini Park, Martini Hospital, and the highway loops. Street parking is free but not guaranteed. The apartment is equipped with a TV, central heating, and a fully equipped kitchen.<br><br><br><br>This comfortable apartment, approximately 60 square meters, is located on the ninth and top floor of a building with an elevator (not wheelchair accessible).<br><br>The apartment consists of:<br><br>LIVING ROOM: with a double sofa bed, dining area, and TV<br><br>KITCHEN: with refrigerator, stovetop, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, manual juicer, Lavazza coffee maker, and kitchen utensils<br><br>BEDROOM: with a double bed and wardrobe.<br><br>BATHROOM: features a shower, bidet, and hair dryer<br><br>BALCONY: with a view of the Alps, furnished with a small table and chairs<br><br>ADDITIONAL AMENITIES: pocket WiFi (limited to 150 GB), clothesline, iron and ironing board, central heating, fans.<br><br><br><br>PLEASE NOTE: The washing machine is NOT available for use.<br><br><br><br>N.B.: For long-term stays (longer than 30 days), linens will be collected every 15 days at most by the cleaning service.<br><br>Once the linens have been picked up, the guest may choose:<br><br>- to use their own;<br><br>- to have them replaced; in this case, there is a charge of €15 for a double set, and €8 for each additional set.<br><br><br><br>The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.<br><br><br><br>Keys must be picked up at our office at Via Filippo Juvarra 24 in Turin, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. You may enter the apartment starting at 3:00 p.m.<br><br><br><br>You can leave your luggage at the office, pick up the keys, and access the apartment once cleaning is complete, by 3:00 PM. We will provide further instructions one week before check-in.<br><br><br><br>For those using self-check-in, we will provide a welcome kit.<br><br><br><br>Alternatively, in-apartment check-in is available for a fee, as follows:<br><br>- 12 EUR from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM<br><br>- 25 EUR from 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM<br><br>- 30 EUR from 11:00 PM to midnight<br><br>- 40 EUR from midnight to 1:30 AM<br><br>All requests for late check-ins are subject to confirmation by the property.
