A cozy 52-square-meter apartment for 3 people, featuring two balconies, located on the first floor of a building with an elevator (and a flight of stairs). The area is well-served, with shops, restaurants, and supermarkets just a short walk away. With excellent public transportation links to the city center, it’s ideal for exploring the city’s attractions, such as the Egyptian Museum and the Mole Antonelliana. Its proximity to parks and bike paths makes this the perfect location for those seeking comfort and relaxation.



The interior layout is as follows:



- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (featuring a gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, espresso pot, kettle, oven, and kitchen utensils), a double sofa bed (ideal for one adult or two teenagers), TV, dining table, split A/C, and access to Balcony I;

- BEDROOM with a double bed, dresser, TV, and access to Balcony II;

- BATHROOM with shower, washing machine, sink, bidet, and toilet;

- BALCONY I;

- BALCONY II.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, central heating, split-system air conditioning (one unit in the living room), clothesline, hair dryer, iron and ironing board.



PLEASE NOTE: The elevator does not reach the apartment’s landing—you will need to walk up a flight of stairs.



The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.



Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the information to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian procedure for registering guests in Italy.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
