"The lodge has a lot of potential and is set in a beautiful, peaceful location that’s perfect for a quiet getaway. The surroundings were serene, and the atmosphere was relaxing, which we really appreciated.
However, the cleanliness was disappointing. There was noticeable dust on furniture and surfaces, and we found cobwebs in the corners of the room and near the ceiling. It made the space feel less well-maintained than expected. A more thorough cleaning routine would significantly improve the...

"Fabulous location, great house for 3 couples with 3 bathrooms.
We had such a lovely stay. The accommodation was perfect for our family get together, ideally located with 3 pubs in walking distance and so close to the water too. The house is managed by a a friendly helpful team.
We would definitely recommend, and would return."

"Nice property, well equipped kitchen. Great location ( near pub, shops, fantastic cafe. ) The only downside was automatic check in didn’t go smoothly and very hard to contact anyone so took almost an hour of hanging around before we could access room. Such a shame because otherwise it was great! Hopefully this will be rectified and not happen in the future for other guests."

"This is an absolutely charming glamping option, with the railway carriage beautifully converted to very cosy accommodation for one or two. In summer, it's lovely to spend the evening in the small but very comfortable seating area. While the carriage is in the garden of a large house, sensitively applied fencing and planting means that it feels very private to the glampers. All the essentials are in the kitchenette, the shower is great, the bed is very comfortable - everything has been thought...
