"I didn't have breakfast during my stay. The room was clean bud the bathroom looked clean but there was a damp smell like the cloths used to wipe were dirt. It didn't smell freshly cleaned evan after the cleaner cleaned the bathroom. The food served at the restaurant was fairly good and price was reasonable. very friendly bar staff and front desk staff were just ok nothing wow about the service provided in that area. There is no gym, no laundry, no room service. The rooms were sparsely furnished....

"Great extensive breakfast menu and all products were fresh and well stocked. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. They were polite and chatty, the evening/bar staff were also chatty and funny and really made our stay worthwhile. The only slight let down for me was the mattress being a bit too firm for my liking."

"Good location that’s walking distance to London City airport and Excel. Great spot if you’re going to Excel for a Conference or Exhibition. The bar downstairs does pretty good food and the discount if you’re staying at the hotel helps. It can be a bit loud on some evenings, but that typically stops around 11pm. The staff are very helpful!"

"I never received any check in information, I arrived at the property at 3:30pm and I couldn’t get into the building. I tried calling the phone number that was previously provided and I couldn’t get through. The manager turned up outside after I had been standing there on crutches for 30mins. I informed the manager that I hadn’t received any check information, he then let me into the building where he contacted someone regarding check in information. I was given a key box/room card/but no code...

"The room is horrible they didn’t fix the ceiling and full of the smell of weed and there is hole on the wall the sofa is dirty and stained . I would like to ask for the refund . "

"No one took care of our check in. We waited for the staff to come for an hour in the rain but still no one showed up. Finally he guided on the phone to get in the apartment. This is ridiculous! The kitchenwares were all very dirty which couldn't be used if we didn't wash it ourselves. But there was no detergent provided. The washing machine and the toaster were very so dirty that we didn't try to use them. However the cleaning charge of £50 was still charged! We asked the staff to come twice...

"I wish the room had a window that could open And my room wasn’t fully clean when I went in. There was an unfolded or used towel in the washroom. Generally it was clean but I wish it was better asthetically. Outside the cigarette butts all over the grounds was atrocious. The staff at the beefeater restaurant was rude to me and gave me a dirty tea cup for tea."
