"Stayed here for 2024 eclipse. Great location. Easy to find. Came from Florida an friends met us from New Mexico an Tennessee. Accomadations were excellent in everyway. Hosts Lottie an Boyd were great to meet an talk with. Went above an beyond to make our stay extra special. Would highly recomend this place an stay here again if we return to Arkansas."

"I love this property so much! I would definitely come back to stay again. The only negative thing I can say is I wasnt able to sit at the deck because of the wasp and the path to the dock was a bit crowded with shrubby and spider webs. Overall, a 10/10 stay!"

"We had so much fun at this property! It worked perfectly for our family to celebrate our Dad/Granddad/Great Granddad’s 90th birthday! All generations had so much fun!
