Older cabin

This rental did not meet our expectations. Yard was tall, leaves and limbs on porch. Door lock was hooked on bottom of fireplace would be hard for an older person to reach. Electrical outlets/wiring exposed. Stairs are steep to loft with no railing. Thermostat was governed to 74 and had to request to lower it. Clean cabin looks like someone rented their personal home close to lake out. Rather overpriced.

Great vacation spot for access to Greer's Ferry Lake access!!!

My family & friends had a great stay here! We were less than 2 minutes from Greer's Ferry Lake! We boated multiple times & absolutely loved going to the beach that was also right down the road from the cabin. Cabin was very clean & cozy! The cabin had more than enough essentials to accommodate us. We will be back! Thank you!

10 Ravine Road, Tumbling Shoals, AR

Again this year, this VRBO is the best stocked home we have ever rented. Once we figured out how to use this particular smart TV set up, it was clear sailing! LOVE the foos ball table. The large dining room table is perfect for board games and cards. The kitchen is so well stocked. Next year, we may buy groceries locally and save a lot of packing. The AC and ceiling fans work so well together. No suggestions for improvement. Property Owner is very responsive and courteous. All beds downstairs are comfortable, especially master bed. Thank you.

10 Ravine Road

This is the best equipped VRBO we have stayed in to date. Kitchen was fully equipped and clean. There were plenty of fresh linens. Foos ball table was a blast. Once we figured out how to operate the tv, we enjoyed all manner of movies. The AC unit is very efficient with the ceiling fans. We will be back.

Heber spring break

The property was nice and we liked that it was quiet. When we first arrived there was a horrible smell coming from the washer, but after the property manager came and ran a cleaning cycle it got better till we ran a load of towels. We couldn't find extra blankets for the bed and the first night we didn't have heat, but that was our fault as we didn't understand the thermostat. There were multiple cob webs that we had to sweep down. I would suggest someone come the day before someone coming to stay, to do an inspection. I understand if the house isn't used for several months you will get bugs and spider webs. That was the only real complaint. The location was excellent. We thought the dog was coming with us, but ended up staying home with my daughters husband. Is there any way we can get the money back on him?

Great Cabin

Loved this place. Spacious outside, fire pit was enjoyable. Close to boat launch. Place inside was cozy and nice. Let the dogs roam outside, they loved it. But check for tics afterward.

Great place! Owner very accommidating

We had to reschedule this reservation twice due to unforseen weather and another circumstance. The owner we very understanding and allowed us to reschedule at a later time. The cabin was very nice and clean, I actually met the cleaning lady there too and she was polite and friendly. Great property!

Quiet and Fun Cabin

Location of the cabin is in a quite street, no many cars. You are about 10 min from the nearest town and all the big stores. We visit 4 tourist places in our stay. All of them within 30 min drive.

Great stay!

Our stay here was great! Everything was super clean and everything was as described. We had a very enjoyable and peaceful stay in the cabin. We had plenty of room and nice, comfy beds. Kitchen was well stocked. The only reason I didn’t give a five star was the grass was a little tall in the yard. But I mow my yard every five days, so I just may be a little picky. Overall it was an awesome getaway! Will definitely be back!

Loved the log cabin!

We had to rent this cabin because we had business to conduct in town. It was perfect, clean, well stocked with great cooking pots & pans. Plenty of games for the kids to do inside. Thanks for letting us stay in your cozy cabin!

Weekend Getaway

Cabin was perfect for weekend getaway. The cabin was spacious and easy to find. Beds were comfy and kitchen was very adequate for a family of four. Will be back again.

Really enjoyed it!

The cabin was nice and clean. We enjoyed having a full kitchen, two bathrooms and the fact it is so close to the lake. The covered porch was nice to sit under and enjoy the much needed rain we got while we were there. However, please be cautious on the stairs to the loft.
