Splendid!

We stayed here as two families over Christmas. The property was bigger than anticipated, clean and had lots of amenities. Jose was very accommodating, fabulous! Only thing would be the recycle bin to be emptied during the week.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Wir waren 2 Wochen in der Villa Oliva. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und bietet jeglichen Komfort. Die Strände sind gut zu erreichen und die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Gran Tarajal sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Der Vermieter Jose ist jederzeit zu erreichen, super nett und kümmert sich ausserordentlich um seine Gäste. Danke für 2 sehr schöne Wochen, Jose!

Fabulous Villa

Had a wonderful, relaxing holiday in this villa. Very clean and comfortable. Plenty of crockery, glasses and kitchen equipment. House was pretty cool without the need for air con. Great quiet, private location with really good WiFi in the house and garden. Pool lovely and clean with plenty or sun loungers. Jose was great and always quick to respond to queries before we went and always contactable if needed while we were there. His lovely Mom checked us in and out. Great villa. Highly recommended.

Amazing place

This villa has everything you need: masses of space, super clean, peaceful location (yet just 10 mins to shops and restaurants), excellent barbecue and outdoor kitchen, lovely pool, lots of loungers and outdoor sofas, pool toys and more. The main bedroom has a huge walk in wardrobe, and big en-suite bathroom, air con and comfy bed. Our teenager had their own room with air con and bathroom and plenty of space. Jose and his family are friendly and welcoming and keep the villa in top condition. It’s a fantastic base to explore Fuerteventura and its beautiful scenery. Highly recommended!

Amazing stay at Villa Oliva

Second time staying here and we absolutely loved it. The property is fantastic, really clean and well equipped. There is sunshine all day and areas that have the shade too. We made full use of the swimming pool and ping pong table and relaxed outside in the evening. Jose and his mum Lucia were great hosts, and there was good communication from the start of the booking. If you’re thinking to book this property I can 100% recommend it. We’ll be back!

Lovely well maintained villa

The villa had everything you would need on holiday. Plenty of towels, crockery, sunbeds etc . Manager and parents very helpful with any problems. Great quiet location.

Merveilleux moment

Dans un cadre vraiment typique de Fuerteventura, magnifique maison qui offre toutes les commodités nécessaires pour passer un superbe moment. Nous avons partagé un séjour merveilleux en famille avec les enfants. Les parents du propriétaire ont été à nos soins, nous les remercions sincèrement pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse. Ils sont adorables. Préparez vos valises, vous pouvez partir les yeux fermés. A refaire de notre côté 😉.

Great villa and great holiday

Most of it has been said before: surprisingly easy to get to from the airport, remote and quiet but very close to roads and coastal towns, very clean and well-equipped. Before we booked we weren't sure whether there was aircon; there was (and ceiling fans), but we didn't really need them (good to be 'green'). Lots of places outside to sit and eat/drink. José and his parents were kind and helpful when needed, and not intrusive. The bedrooms were even better than expected: lots of storage, and a walk-in wardrobe in the master bedroom with a safe. We loved the island and this villa, and we'd consider coming back even though we rarely do repeats! Thank you, José.

A great place for a relaxing holiday

The property is quite isolated with few properties near which we liked. No possibility of beeing overlooked. We were very late arriving due to a delayed flight and a long queue to pickup our car. We got extra instructions on our way and were met on arrival and shown round. You need a car. The pool was well looked after. There were several places within the villa to eat and more than adequate sun loungers. We made daily use of the BBQ, it had its own sink and in the shelter next door, where we ate, was an oven and another sink. The cheese and bottle of wine the host's mother were excellent. I heartily recommend this property

Die Villa ist ein Traum, wenn man es gern etwas abgelegen hat. Trotzdem ist der nächste Strand nur knapp 10 min mit dem Auto entfernt, die "Traumstrände" im Süden ca. 30 Minuten. Also ohne geht nicht, aber das wusste ich ja vorher. Alles ist ausreichend vorhanden, die Kommunikation mit der Mutter des Eigentümers und dem Eigentümer war unkompliziert und schnell. Der Swimmingpool wird regelmäßig gereinigt. wir waren zu 3 und hatten mehr als ausreichend Platz. ;-) Ich konnte auf Anfrage sogar früher einchecken und später auschecken. Nicht selbstverständlich. Sehr gerne wieder!

Super relaxing holiday.

Great communication from the owner from the start of booking and throughout. The villa was amazing, so much space and absolutely everything you need for a relaxing holiday in the sunshine. The pool area was superb, a great bbq with an extra kitchen alongside it. Lovely seating areas inside and out. The main kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need. The villa was wonderfully clean throughout. Very comfortable beds too. We enjoyed playing table tennis and watching the sun set from a lovely area at the side of the villa. The villa is located in a very peaceful area, you will need a car to go out exploring and to visit supermarkets and shops etc. The nearest supermarket is only a 10 minute drive away, and the airport is about 35 mins away. We had a wonderful and super relaxing holiday here and will be back in the future. Thank you Jose.

Excellent séjour a Fuerteventura

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour chez José qui est très réactif et arrangeant. Nous avons été accueillis par sa maman qui est adorable malgré notre arrivée très tardive. La maison est super pour une semaine en famille. Je recommande vraiment cette location qui est au calme et très proche des loisirs, commerces et centre d'intérêt sur l'île. Merci pour tout l'accueil, les attentions et les échanges que nous avons eu. C'était parfait !

Super Pool-Villa Oliva

The villa is remote, rural and quiet. Everything was clean, worked and as described. The hosts are very warm, discreet and available at any time. Check-in was completely problem-free even though we were 1.5 hours late and we were allowed to extend the check-out. Thank you very much for this and for the delicious presents, José. Sure, the house can only be recommended by car, but the location is great for exploring the island or for escaping the stressful city life on vacation. The extreme south can be reached in 1.5 hours, the north in 1 hour. In 8 minutes you are in Gran Tarajal for shopping and refueling or for strolling on the beach, harbor and promenade. You can always find parking spaces and when the ears start ringing from the many "Dolce Vita", you are back at the clean pool in no time and can end the evening in peace. Heart, what do you want more? Actually nothing is missing here. If I had wished for anything, it would be an outside shower by the pool. But that is complaining at a high level. For us it was a perfect vacation and we will definitely be back. A clear recommendation for all those who are looking for a lot of space, cleanliness, discretion and tranquility. Vacaciones increibles

La casa es preciosa están cuidados todos los detalles. Esta muy bien ubicada no tienes nada que te moleste alrededor pero a la vez tienes todos los servicios a 8 minutos en coche, supermercados, farmacias,etc. Para ir en familia o con amigos está muy bien, no hay peligros para los niños, disfrutan muchísimo. Esperamos volver.

Super villa, super île !

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette villa très spacieuse, très confortable, très bien équipée et très propre. Elle est par ailleurs très bien située pour découvrir cette très belle île. Nous n'avons pas vu José le propriétaire, mais avons communiqué plusieurs fois par whatsapp et ses réponses étaient rapides. Nous avons en revanche rencontré sa maman qui quant à elle est une personne très gentille, attentionnée et présente (passage tous les 2 jours pour arroser les fleurs et nettoyer la piscine), tout comme José (boissons dans le réfrigérateur à notre arrivée par exemple). Nous recommandons cette location, ainsi que cette île qui nous a beaucoup plû.

Great villa exactly as described on the website. Villa is totally situated out of the way for relaxing and chilling. 6 of us enjoyed it , it’s 4 miles from town which is predominantly Spanish families great choice of restaurants and reasonably priced especially liked the green Dog Calle feusta is about 20 mins away for more bars and restaurants. The villa is very spacious has everything you will need Jose’s mum & Dad live next door but apart from checking in and towels changing never saw them . Pool is so refreshing and there’s loads of sun beds if we return to feutaventra we’d definitely stay here again!!!!

CASA PERFECTA PARA UNAS BUENAS VACACIONES

Hemos pasado una semana de vacaciones estupenda en Villa Oliva. Una preciosa casa, muy amplia tanto en el interior como en el exterior. Limpieza impecable, y todo lo necesario a nuestra disposición. Cocina muy bien equipada. Zona exterior con piscina, barbacoa y cocina; todo un lujo. Está en una zona muy tranquila, pero a la vez a 5 minutos de la playa. No hemos coincidido en persona con el propietario, pero manteníamos un contacto muy fluido vía watsap. Los padres nos han atendido muy bien, siempre dispuestos a ayudar. En resumen, gente encantadora y una preciosa casa para relajarse y disfrutar de las vacaciones. Sin duda, si puedo, volveré.

Cooles Haus aber dubioser Vermieter. Stromausfälle. Nasse + schimmlige Wände. Einbehaltene Kaution.

Das Haus ist so ganz cool. Ausstattung OK und wir hatten auch eine gute Zeit vor Ort. Allerdings hat uns der Vermieter ziemlich komisch behandelt. Als wir angereist sind, waren Zimmer verschlossen. Als wir nach dem Schlüssel gefragt haben, hat er uns am Sylvester Abend mit der Polizei gedroht uns auf die Straße zu setzen. Er behauptete wir hätten zu wenig gezahlt. Mit drei kleinen Kindern und verwirrt haben wir dann nochmal was vor Ort in Bar gezahlt um im Haus zu bleiben. Im Nachhinein stellte sich heraus, dass der Vermieter das Geld nicht hätte berechnen dürfen (Klärung läuft.) Bisschen Blöd ist auch, dass mehrere Wände im Haus Feuchtigkeitsflecken und Schimmel haben. Wenn man in der Küche kocht, fliegt andauernd die Sicherung raus. Und es sind für 12 Personen zu wenig Töpfe und Pfannen vorhanden. Im Badezimmer ist ein Fenster herausgefallen, dass nur in den Ramen geklebt war und die Leiter bei Pool ist aus der Verankerung gerissen, was den Vermieter veranlasst hat die Kaution einzubehalten. Beides aber Sachen die auf mangelnde Qualität zurückzuführen sind.

Très propre, bien aménagé, bien situé, nous recommandons vivement !

Cet endroit très calme est conçu pour les vacances. Situé proche des centres d’interêt du sud et du centre de L’île, le nord demeure facile d’accès en 45 minutes de route agréable . Une charmante petite ville bien équipée est à 7 km. En 5 minutes vous avez un accès à la plage, aux jeux pour les enfants, et au commerces avec aussi un grand supermarché très bien pourvu. La maison est vaste, confortable, très propre, décorée avec goût, sécurisée et très bien équipée. La personne qui nous accueille est particulièrement agréable et disponible. C’est vraiment un endroit très bien à recommander pour un groupe avec des enfants en bas âge aussi.
