"Seemed like a home as opposed to a hotel. It was very nice having the kitchen to make hot meals instead of eating in a restaurant. Hostess was very kind and made sure we felt welcomed and that are needs were taken care of. I would definitely stay there again when in Baguio."

"En general bien. La atención del personal del hotel fue muy buena desde antes de que nos diesen las habitaciones. No obstante la hora de entrada (3 de la tarde) parece demasiado tardía. No tuvimos servicio de habitación la segunda noche que estuvimos. Se ve el desgaste de las instalaciones y es una pena que no se cuiden ciertos detalles estéticos porque el hotel ganaría mucho. "Staff did not communicate with each other. I just checked in on my room when an old lady opened my door and went inside. It turns out, the old lady was a guest that checked out 2 hours ago but claimed she forgot something in the room. It seemed like they gave her a key card to access the room. They let someone have access to my room after I was checked in. Thankfully I was inside the room- who knows what that old lady would have done. My privacy and safety was at risk.
