"The property was amazing but the breakfast was always cold. I booked a queen bed but when I arrived they said the room was two full sized beds. I was traveling with my girlfriend and it was embarrassing to have to tell them we were a couple and needed one bed. Me and my girlfriend our discreet about our relationship so needed to explain we as two women need a single bed was so embarrassing. "Beautiful landscape with awesome swimming pool and ocean view but the property is somewhat rundown. It’s not being maintained. The hardware in my bathroom is rusty. Definitely looks old and it smelled like sewer after taking a long shower. Room is big but very dull. No character for what is advertised as 5 star hotel. Breakfast is a typical Filipino breakfast; not exciting for a hotel rated as 5 star. "

"The room was on the small side but clean and comfortable. Children playing in the hall was very disturbing since there is nothing to absorb the echoing sounds in the hallway. I think it's a fairly new property and may still be dealing with growing pains. It's a small property but that's ok. It's right on a pretty beach with clean water. That's also a plus. "What Could Be Improved: There wasn't any soap or toilet paper provided. I didn't realize this until I needed to use the bathroom at night (I found a used bar of soap next to the kitchen sink and used a blank page of a television instruction manual as toilet paper then I immediately went to 7/11 afterwards during the night). There was a check-in delay due to confusion on WhatsApp, but owner got much better with using WhatsApp for remainder of stay. Only one towel and a small thin blanket...

The first room that was given to me has a disgusting sink area. I woke up in the middle of the night with tons of flies and ants falling from the ceiling and hundreds more crawling on the floor. I hardly slept. When I was about to take a shower, there were hundreds more of ants crawling on the bathroom ceiling, it was so...
