"Villa Langka is truely the perfect villa! We were a group of 9 and they accommodated perfectly to us. The pool is gorgeous, as well as their rooms and their lovely staff, Kadek cooked pancakes for our first morning."

"Terrible！ very disappointing.我們被安排住在一幢兩層高一共四間房的建築物（Rm.1-4）內裏設施簡陋，枕頭和毛巾有異味，冷熱水供應非常不穩定，時冷時熱（水熱的時候，是非常熱，但無法調較適合的水溫），滿地蟲蟻，毛巾和床鋪殘舊，都呈灰白色，十分不整潔。我們以為住進了他們的員工宿舍。因我們曾進入位於旁邊的獨立別墅視察，裏面的設施和我們住的房間簡直天淵之別。所以我們有被騙的感覺，是一次極之不愉快的經歷。"

"Did not expect luxury for the price but I did expect the property to be better maintained. The flush button on the toilet sunk into the cistern when flushing. The aircon leaked all over the bedroom floor. No blankets. When asked for a blanket on the second day we were told that they were still being washed and would have them the next day. My daughter said her bed was very hard so she put the cushions from the outside furniture under the mattress. Could do with a microwave."

"Acceso un tanto alejado del centro por lo que es imprescindible un medio de transporte propio; dista unos 4 km del centro de Ubud. Alojamiento totalmente abierto , dando al jardin, con escasas paredes lo que hace que tengas dentro la misma temperatura que afuera ( sin aire acondicionado) y los ruidos de los apartamentos contiguos se escuchen totalmente. Es un lugar especial para personas especiales que no buscan lujo y que valoran la integración completa en el paisaje."

"Very impressed with this villa. It was large enough for our family of 8 and very safe for an adventurous 1 year old. It was extremely clean as the cleaner and pool man attended daily. Communication with the managers was amazing and all our questions were answered. The bedrooms were all air-conditioned and wonderfully cool for a great night's sleep. Only issue was the pool did get too warm in the afternoon as it had no shade."

"Unfortunately we were mislead by the property manager when booking the property. We explained we would need two separate out buildings each with two bedrooms, to cater for our two families with young children. Unfortunately when we checked in we were told there were 4 separate buildings with one single room in each and one single room in the main house. We cut our stay short to find something more suitable for our families with small children. The villa cleaning staff were also in the villa...

"Muy conveniente para familias, aunque hay que usar shuttle para ir a la playa. La zona nocturna es algo peligrosa, según ellos mismos dicen. Yo no vi nada peligroso, la verdad."

"Villa Kayu Raja is in a good location, but not really walkable to restaurants or the beach, especially at night. The sidewalk ends a bit before the villa, so you’re left walking in the busy street. The villa itself is nice, but I was unimpressed with the private pool. It is very small and the yard itself is deceiving in size from the pictures. Virtually no sunlight comes into the pool area as well, so the pool is a bit chilly and you aren’t able to do any sun tanning. The price is a bit steep...
