"This is a beautiful Japanese traditional lodging with two shared and a private onsen. It is close to the Yudanaka station and Lawson convenient store. With two kids, we stayed in a large family room with a living room and a bathroom (toilet only). The kids enjoyed watching Japanese kids show in the living room and the grown-ups can relax on the tatami next door. The breakfast and dinner are amazing. "We tried to cancel the reservation with all or some refund due to death of a family member just a few days before our check-in day. We provided everything we have including death certificate but the facility insisted the whole prepaid fees in full are not refundable. We understand the hotel's policy but rather than show their condolences in any degrees, the hotel letting us not just suffer for lost of life and also financially lost.
