"Los trabajadores son muy atentos."

"Lovely hotel in Yuzawa, which is a 90 minute Shinkansen ride from Tokyo. The onsen is nice too, highly recommend"

"Good"

Kitchen is at the guests' disposal. Coin-op laundry, ping-pong table and piano are available. Staff provides great service. Breakfast is good and well worth it since there are few dining options in the area and no convenient stores. So bringing snacks along is a good idea. There is one good dinner option - a cafe in a store...

"Charming hotel with lovely staff, very close to the Gala Ski resort"

"Close to the station which has a lot of dining options - hotel had no operating restaurant - no water in the room - couldn’t upgrade -"
