This cozy updated mobile home sleeps 4. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, 2 covered decks, a gas grill and fire pit with firewood. It is nestled behind the main home on the edge of our 5-acre gated horse farm overlooking 1 of 2 horse pastures. It comes with access to a 1/4 acre fenced dog run for guests with pets and a place to part 2 vehicles.
All stainless-steel kitchen appliances. The living room has a 50" smart TV, with high-speed internet access, Netflix, Pandora, etc... and an office workstation that is equipped with a large 32" flat screen monitor and keyboard. The Master bedroom has 4 post queen bed, a large master bath, walk-in shower and includes a bidet. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds and a large picture window overlooking the dog run.
Pet rules:
Dogs are welcome, sorry no cats. We offer 2 separate dog runs. 1 is the back yard and the 2nd is a 1/4 acre lot. We have dog beds and a dog crate for when you leave the premises. Dogs must be crated if left inside when you leave. No Pitbulls allowed. Proof of up-to-date vaccinations.
