NEW! Luxury Apartment in Truro Centre With Cathedral Views!

A top floor (just two floors!) two bedroomed flat in a very recent and stylish conversion, just 4 mins from the middle of Truro yet in a tucked away and in a traffic free location. The building has recently been converted to an extremely high standard and has amazing panoramic views across the city and in particular of the beautiful Cathedral. We love this location as it's an excellent base for exploring the city on foot and enjoying all the local shops, cafes and restaurants on our doorstep. Truro also has beautiful green areas to discover such as Victoria Gardens, Boscawen Park with play facilities, tennis courts and playing fields.

The flat itself has an open plan living room/kitchen which is over 23' in size but also 16' wide so there is plenty of room. We enjoy our comfort so there are two large leather sofas and plenty of cushions. There are patio doors which open onto a Juliet balcony which also enjoys the unobstructed view. There is a flat screen TV and super fast Wi-Fi for you to enjoy.

There are two decent size bedrooms with super-king beds, both equipped with bedside tables, chest of drawers and wardrobes. One of bedrooms can either be set up as a twin or super-king depending on your preference. The bathroom is modern and contemporary with a shower and bath and a snazzy backlit mirror. The flat also comes with its own allocated parking space, gas central heating, carpets to bedrooms and quality flooring to the living area. The flat is fully protected with a fire and Co2 as well as a video entry phone.

Whilst this really is 'city living' with fantastic facilities such as the Hall for Cornwall, the river and even M & S within a few minutes walk, what we really love here is that the flats are tucked away, with no immediate passing traffic to either the front or the rear of the building. You can walk out of the car park which leads directly onto famous Lemon Street with all the beautiful Georgian houses and the fabulous Lemon Street enclosed market. We can also highly recommend the stylish Thomas Daniel pub just 4 minutes walk from the flat where you can find delicious food and excellent cocktails.

Truro is a great base for exploring the many beaches in the area, the nearby Loe Beach is only 5 miles away and offers breathtaking views across the bay towards Mylor and Falmouth, as well as having its own WaterSports Centre where you can enjoy kayaking, sailing and any water based activity you like!

The flat is available during school holidays (we live there during term time) and all linen, towels and cleaning are included in the price.

Ideal location

Ideal location for exploring Cornwall and its coastline. Also ideally placed for exploring Truro on foot. The flat was very comfortable and it had stunning views. In my view, the only thing lacking was some further information around local restaurants and amenities. This could be provided by the owner or by the introduction of a visitor book for comments/handy tips, which could possibly achieve the same outcome. That aside, the whole family thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

EXCELLENT CHOICE

We’re a family of four and stayed in this flat for a week just a few days ago, at the end of August. The magnificent views of the cathedral would be enough to rate this property 5/5. However, there’s much more to it. The flat was spotless when we arrived. It’s well distributed and perfectly well equipped. Everything is new and all electrical appliances and taps work. There are big windows so all the rooms are light and airy during the day, and the combination of blinds and curtains keep the bedrooms dark at night (very important for us coming from Barcelona, where we’re used to shutters!). The large sofa in the living room is really comfortable and offered enough sitting space for all of us when we came back after tiring walking days. The beds are also great. All in all, we felt like home and Vanessa was very kind and helpful all the time. We definitely recommend this property. We couldn’t have found a better place to stay in during our holiday in Cornwall!

Hidden Gem

Ideally situated in the heart of Truro, this beautiful flat allows you to explore Cornwall at your leisure. Only 5 minutes walk from the centre of Truro, but also fabulous views across the city, you have the best of both worlds here. This is a modern flat, stylishly decorated and immaculately clean with everything you need. It also has reserved off-road private parking. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay especially the added bonus of Netflix! Thank you.

Die Kommunikation mit Vanessa war sehr korrekt und freundlich. Die sehr schöne Wohnung haben wir wie auf den Bildern angetroffen. Neu und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet! Excellente Wohnung, perfekt für eine 4-köpfige Familie. Das Appartement ist sehr ruhig gelegen und doch so zentral mit einer super schönen Aussicht! Truro ist ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt, um Cornwell zu entdecken. Wir können das Appartement nur sehr empfehlen. Herzlichen Dank, Vanessa!

Lovely flat in Truro. Highly recommend.

We stayed in Vanessa's flat for 9 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The flat is modern, clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen, living and eating areas are an open space with lots of windows with a lovely view overlooking the city. The bed was comfortable. It is so helpful to have a washer/dryer in the unit. We did day hikes in Cornwall and this location worked well for us. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance of the flat. There is an assigned parking spot, and the location is very quiet. Vanessa was very helpful and we would highly recommend this flat.

Beautiful, modern Truro apartment

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful apartment with views over Truro town centre and cathedral. The apartment is stylish and well appointed, with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday .
