"The air conditioning was two window units and they worked very well, we ended up turning off the living room because it was kind of chilly. The one in the bedroom was a bit loud. Well decorated, perfect for our one night attending a wedding at the Dayton Art Institute. Perfect for a couple. The Art on the walls and mature plants both inside and out added to the experience. Cute, historic neighborhood. Nice outdoor area. Attentive property manager. "

"Host was very pleasant and easy to work with. The beds were comfortable, very spacious first floor. Convenient to University of Dayton. Only one bathroom upstairs but very spacious and clean.The stairs are a bit steep but other than that very comfortable and cozy with good amenities. Would definitely stay again."

"The apartment is convenient to restaurants on 5th St in the Oregon District. It is walking distance to the main branch of the Dayton Metro Library and other downtown spots, including more restaurants.
