"The check in was relatively easy, except the mobile key didn’t work but was able to get a real key. The apartment is clean with nice view. The location is close to Downtown and all activities pickup is within 5-10 minutes walk. The staff is very responsive. Overall we enjoyed our stay. "

"The Apartment was spacious and the Kitchen was well stocked. We did not have a clothes washer. Apparently some apartments do and some don't. We needed one. They arranged for us to use the washer at their other property. The breakfast was okay."

"We absolutely loved this place, such a big apartment much bigger than we were expecting. Really conveniently located and so close to everything we needed. Staff were great helping us with our bags and taxis. Only thing I would feedback is given how much room we had the bathrooms were very small. The smallest double also could do with black put curtain rather than a blind as there was a street light outside. We loved Tromsø and would defo return here if we come back. "

"We’re so happy for staying at Enter Amalie Hotel. It’s a nice clean hotel with friendly staff,excellent breakfast and waffle buffet at 5pm every day. This hotel is walking distance to our tour meeting points and museums in city center.Thanks to Abi one of the friendly check-in staff."

Die Reinigung der Zimmer findet nicht täglich statt, aber wenn man es sich wünscht, kann man es an der Rezeption erwähnen. Der Spa Bereich fanden wir sehr schön, jedoch leider mit wenig Service: Wasser und Tee waren aus und Salzwasserpool mit Verschmutzung im Wasser, was wahrscheinlich daran liegt, dass wir die Spa session von 18 bis 21 Uhr gebucht haben und deshalb schon...

"Room was great for a solo traveller. Single bed was comfortable and the room was heated well. The bathroom was huge and shower was great. One morning I had no hot water but staff helped and sorted it. Location was excellent! Right at the end of the Main Street with a 5 minute walk to most things. Plenty of food and bar options around the area. While the price during the time I was there was far too much for what it was - compared to the rest of the area it was decent. "

"Great value hotel with an amazing breakfast. The breakfast spread is excellent, with a huge choice of both hot and cold options ,fruit, yoghurt, and plenty more. The rooms are perfectly adequate, and the heated bathroom floor is a brilliant touch, especially for drying clothes. Beds and pillows are very comfortable.
