Villetta Rosada: seaview and a shared pool

Villetta Rosada is a holiday home in Costa Paradiso, a picturesque town on the north coast of Sardinia. The villa enjoys wonderful views of the sea and the granite rocks that dominate the entire area and can give you unforgettable sunsets.

The veranda offers a panoramic view of the town of Costa Paradiso, between sea, green hills and pink rocks. Here you can enjoy a good meal in company and find shelter from the hottest days in the silence of nature. Next to the veranda we find a relaxation area with deck chairs for sunbathing.
As a guest at Villetta Rosada, you have access to a shared pool where you can cool off while enjoying the view.

In addition, the house has a parking space that is not adjacent to the villa. To reach the property you have to walk due a very characteristic path that leads up a staircase in the middle of the Mediterranean scrub.

===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION =====
The house can accommodate up to six people and consists of a living room which leads to the terrace with a sofa and a modern kitchen, two sleeping rooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds), and two bathrooms. Costa Paradiso is easily accessible by car and is located on the panoramic road leading from Santa Teresa to Castelsardo. The big village is considered a natural park and is famous for its unique wild nature, rose rocks of amazing forms scarved by the wind and cristal clear waters.

Villetta Rosada is a perfect accommodation for a relaxing holiday by the sea. It is located just 550 meters from the sea and 1700 meters from the wonderful sandy beach Li Cossi which is one of the most beautiful and fascinating beach in Sardinia. Moreover there are several small bays in 1100 meters from the house where you can do lots of activities like swimming or snorkeling. The villetta has an equipped pool with a magnificent sea view. The Mediterranean vegetation surrounds the whole area permitting you to enjoy its natural scents of rosemary, juniper, helichrysum and corbezzolo (strawberry tree).

In the event of arrivals after midnight, the possibility of a late check-in must be confirmed by our staff, and an additional fee of up to €150 will apply.


NOTE: in case of cancellation within the terms in which a refund is due, the handling fee of €25.00 will be deducted in addition to the transfer costs
