"The B&B is not far from the train station and within walking distance to the major sights in the city center. When we arrived at the B&B, no one was there to let us in (why I generally prefer a hotel to a B&B), but it was only a minute or two before our host arrived. "Wonderful bed and breakfast in the grounds of the 11th century castle in the heart of old Vittorio Veneto, aka Serravalle. The location and surroundings alone are worth it. My suite was comfortable, cozy and well-equipped. Friendly and accomodating family staff. Lovely wine bar on site too and close to other good restaurants in the town. The only downside is the steep hill you have to walk to get to it from the old town square, but it's worth it!"

He tenido la mala suerte de perder una de la smartcards de la habitación, que en NINGÚN hotel te cobrarían y a pesar de haber explicado la situación de estar con fiebre y mala, han cobrado 10 euros pir la pérfida delmplástico, que no cuesta ni 50 céntimos. Me ha parecido un gesto feísimo en la situación que me encontraba. Tampoco puedes dejar el equipaje después de dejar la habitación, así es q mejor...

"When I arrived, my kids immediately saw rides and a pool. I was immediately told by brother of the host that this area is private. It is literally the same building, same garden, same premises. Why is the “private” area for brother not separate. It’s like living in the hotel. How are the guests supposed to know. My kids were left crying for hours on arrival and then in the morning because of this. I also requested for the checkout a little late which was declined and not even 30min were...
