"We got to breakfast an hour before they close and there was no coffee and no staff to ask for coffee. The key fob for the door quit working at 9 AM and checkout isn’t until 11 and there was no staff around to ask questions about it. On top of that, they took the $50 for the damage deposit and we left the room in perfect condition."

"We travel to Yakima three or four times a year and always stay here. It's location is easy to get to and we've always felt safe here. The staff is friendly and the rooms are always clean and spacious, and they have a nice view of the Yakima River. The beds and pillows are excellent so we always get a good nights sleep here! "There is no elevator , no water dispenser to fill water . Asked for a walk up call , didn’t get it . No hand towels . One face cloth for a two queen bedroom. "

We were happy enough with our experience to reserve again last week. Our next experience gives terrible a whole new meaning, our room was a bio hazard and we checked in too late to find other accommodations.
