CLEANLINESS: We take pride in preparing an exceptionally clean and prepared apartment for your visit! Traverse City Haven is cleaned, sanitized, and restocked before/after every guest. Please respect our space, treat it as you would your home, and keep it clean! Our team is dedicated to providing a clean space for our guests and very much hope you enjoy it. Any non-standard cleaning will result in an additional charge.

MONITORING: To protect our guests and apartment, Traverse City Haven has a camera installed at the front door ONLY. We do NOT spy on our guests. This place is a decently nice flip rental in a building of entirely vacation rentals. Inadequate malfunctioning lock with no option to lock the door other than the electronic key pad. No response from owner or management after we had to call the police for safety incident—-inaccurate AI bot and no follow up the next day. Had to spend my weekend contacting this group and the issue was only addressed when VRBO was looped in and even then insinuated our group of women was lying about feeling unsafe. Tons of fees and pricey rental—this is a corporate money making machine that doesn’t care at all about its renters. I’d recommend spending your money elsewhere.

Quiet and Convenient

This property was conveniently located to the main thoroughfare to access both peninsulas for wine tasting, but located just enough away from downtown to be within easy driving distance and very quiet.
