Beachfront Condo on Grand Traverse Bay

Beachfront condo on East Grand Traverse Bay with 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath (sleeps 2-3). This unit is on the ground level, only steps from the beach on Grand Traverse Bay.

The floor plan has a panoramic view of East Bay from the kitchen, dining and living areas, as well as from the private deck. If it is a bit chilly you can relax in the heated outdoor pool and hot tub (Memorial Day until Labor Day).

The interior is contemporary and relaxed, featuring a kitchen with stainless steel appliances, stove top (no oven, sorry), refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, quartz countertops, island with bi-level bar seating​, washer and dryer, and modern fixtures.

The living room has a queen size sofa sleeper, a ​dining table that seats four, and a large HD flat screen TV with cable service.

The bathroom​ is open ​with a large walk-in shower, quartz countertops, and matte black fixtures.

The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a second HD flat screen. The duvet on the comforter is changed for every stay as well as the mattress pad and pillow protectors.

For your convenience we supply beach towels (4), dish soap, dishwasher pods, paper towels, TP, laundry detergent, laundry dry rack, laundry basket, ice cube trays, shampoo, conditioner and body wash (if you love ice you might want to grab a bag when you get groceries).

This is in an excellent location that is close to downtown TC, restaurants, brew pubs, wineries, ​and beaches!

We strive to make your stay above and beyond your expectations. If there is anything we can do to make your stay better we are here to help. We live in TC and are always willing to help!

Was a nice walk out to the beach and had beautiful views of the harbor. Not pleased with process of payment thru owner with the security hold. Uncommon with charging full security deposit and not returning payment for over 3 weeks.

Beautiful Condo!

This condo is in a great location and is close to so many things to do. We were just steps away from the beach and it’s very quiet and relaxing. The check-in and check-out process is a breeze.

A nice week get away

This is our 2nd time at this condo. It is as listed. All necessary and some bonus items are supplied. The ower is very responsive & pleasant to communicate with. We look forward to staying here again next year.

A beautiful peaceful stay in a gorgeous location! The unit was clean, wonderfully decorated, and a perfect spot. We really appreciated the owner's communication and support during our stay. I loved being able to sit on the porch and read, and walk right out of the unit to swim. We loved it, and hopefully will be back soon!

Perfect Quick Getaway

The view is spectacular, would have been even better with warmer weather, but that's no fault of the owners. :) Fault of the state. The condo is adorable and updated and super clean. We will stay here again. Very welcoming. Easy access to the unit as well as perfectly positioned parking lot at a traffic light.

Excellent Condo and Great Location

The condo was in fantastic shape and very clean. It was bigger than it appeared in the photos and had plenty of room. The location on east bay is great and the beach is well maintained. Check in was easy and contactless, and the hosts were great! Overall we highly recommend staying here.

Will be back!!

My husband and I stayed at this property celebrating our anniversary. This place is wonderful. Everything we needed and more was provided, so thoughtful! The property manager was very quick to respond. I stay at a fair number of hotels/VRBOs and the bed was by far the most comfortable I’ve stayed at, and the bedding and towels very soft. View and location on beach are amazing. Will definitely be back!!!!

Beautiful condo

This is an interesting and enjoyable stay! First of all and most important, the owner, Patty was amazing with communication and responsiveness. We stayed for three days over Labor day weekend while hiking, winery visits, golfing that didn't happen during rain and geocaching. Patty's husband Jim came to help with t.v. issues while we were out for a day and when we came back, the issues were fixed. The great communication and responsiveness were the best part of the stay along with the well-decorated and well stocked unit. I enjoyed an evening on the back patio on our first night watching the sunset and the children playing on the beach. The king sized bed was very comfortable and the bathroom is huge! One thing that happened was a leak from the unit above us, but the owner was in constant contact with us and willing to come to fix the issue which wasn't their fault and was out of their control and refunded us some money for our inconvenience. We will chalk this incident up to a great story to tell in the future and a great experience with another VRBO owner. Thanks for the stay in your wonderful place!

Nice stay and location

Nice stay with direct access to beach. Ample parking and quick drive to downtown. The condo itself was comfortable and the cleanest property I’ve stayed in on vacation. One note for light sleepers, bring ear plugs, as you may hear guests walking above.
