"Great, simple unit just a few minutes from downtown Boone. Interior was exactly as described and very clean. The hot tub was surprisingly clean and well maintained, and super hot. I’d love for the owners to clean up the entrance as that was an eyesore. "The property was very adequate for our large family group with lots of room for kids to play. Beds were comfortable and the big dining table was great for family meals. The house needs some maintenance upkeep. Sliding screen door was sitting on the outdoor table. The grill was unusable and the pull out couch was broken. The downstairs shower curtain needs to be replaced. We did enjoy the cool weather of Beech Mountain and the fireworks were amazing."
